He watched her go to the desk as he looked around. A couple in the middle caught his eye, he knew those two. Around school, those where teachers.
Damn there good... He thought to himself as he looked back towards Olivia as she was walking back and caught sight of their teachers dancing and saw it in her face, that this was really a contest.
When he was handed the clip board, he was lost. He never listened to music, looking to Olivia as she turned her back, he gently tapped her shoulder and whispered. "I can't choose...I don't know any songs." He said, meaning the new styles that the teachers where dancing to for example.

Turning around to face him so that she wouldn’t have to watch them at all Olivia bit her bottom lip as she took back the clip board and looked at it with a blank stare. “Uh, well what style do you want to do?” she asked racking her brain for a type of dance and a song. After a minute a song popped into her head, however the type of dance might be a little difficult. As a child she had been in dance lessons of course, what rich snob in their right mind wouldn’t put their child in dance lessons? Quickly writing down the song she hesitated at the dance type. “Uh, do you know how to uh tango?” she asked hesitantly.

A smile crossed his face when he said tango. Looking around, he could not find a rose but that smile did not leave his face. "That is the one thing I know how to do." He said, all worry now leaving his body as he leaned in and kissed her nose.
"No more worried look dear. We got this contest." He said as he cracked his fingers, racking his brain to remember the dance steps in the order it went it.
Going around from foster home to foster home has its perks and having a foster sister who knew how to tango, actually helped in this situation.

Relief washed over Olivia and she smiled from ear to ear “Wonderful!” she said as she quickly filled out the form and scooted off to hand it back in. Coming back panic was on her face again “Uh, well the guy just said that we’re next” she squeaked out as she looked back to their teachers. “That should be fun to follow” she muttered bitterly crossing her arms, her eyes going cold. She was so nervous, she hadn’t tangoed in a while and this was not one of those places she expected herself to try and bring it all back.

Seeing her get that cold look in her eyes, he knew that she was nervous. Crossing her arms, it was so cute. Leaning forward, he wrapped his arms around her waist and held her close. Whispering into her ear.
"Relax my love.."He said and kissed her ear.
"This is going to be fun. You'll see." He said as his eye averted to the teachers and he was nervous as well but knew, that there was no harm in coming in second.

Olivia’s face was cold as stone as her nerves pulsed through her, but it all melted away when she felt his arms around her. Leaning into him she closed her eyes and sighed “Yeah, I know. Sorry old habits die hard” she murmured before turning around in his arms and wrapping her own around his torso and leaning her head on his chest. She closed her eyes and took a few deep breathes before looking up and kissing him. Pulling away from him she went into the crowd to watch the dancers better.
[Blah, WB sorry]

He listened to her and smiled as she turned around and kissed him. His eyes watched her as she went into the crowd to look at the dancers. He never thought he would be here but looking at the other dancers and than his eyes watched over Olivia.
"What is needed in dance is simple..." He thought to himself as she watched them dance and than he had an idea. Chasing after Olivia he gently took her hand.
"Lets practice before we go on." He said with a smile.

Olivia crossed her arms as she watched the other dancers, What the hell was I thinking? A dance contest? She thought to herself, I haven’t dance in years, hopefully we don’t make to big fools out of ourselves. She was so deep in thought that when Aiden grabbed her hand she jumped and turned quickly “Oh, you scared me. Yeah you’re right we should at least have some idea as to what were going to do” She said with a nod and walked away from the crowd to a place where they could still hear when the teachers would be done, but far enough away so that they could practice without to much attention. Placing her hands on her hips she looked at him “Alright, where do you want to start?”

Amorina felt the return of that magnificent freedom in her limbs as she let him lead her, following his touch. Her eyes flickered towards the crowd every so often, catching a few faces. Clara, she saw, standing with a rather impressed look on her pale little face. Other than Clara, she saw nobody else. The faces blurred, and she let her eyes rest back on Emilio's face as his smile faltered.
Perhaps another vision? At the moment, when the music was coarsing through her, her body soaking in the attention, she wouldn't let this bother her. She gave him a comforting smile. Now wasn't the time to worry about anything.
Letting him lead her however he wanted, Amy merely went where his hands told her to go, no objections made. He was the more experienced dancer; she wouldn't really know the right move to make while dancing. She had a few ideas, but she was only sure of herself when Emilio's hands confirmed it.

She did trust him. Emilio was elated as they ended up exactly as he had planned- Amy cradled in his arms between himself and the ground. Close. Everything had been timed right and he felt great.
Despite his preoccupation, which he now brushed aside as a needless worry, he was so happy. It made him wonder when his amazingly good luck was going to change. For, as a Seer, he knew that nothing so wonderful could last. Seasons change, people change, the passing of daysmonthsyears... they all took their toll. In the Dance of the heavenly bodies, could no person remain unscathed?
He would not let that ruin the Present, though. Emilio held that position, with this goddess in his mortal arms, for a few moments. The Cuban knew the value of memories... knew how he would treasure this moment. How he wanted Amy to feel the same way.
Emilio only hesitated a moment before kissing Amy. This made much of the crowd cheer while they applauded. Emilio only hoped Amy wouldn't mind this public display of affection. If anything (this was not his intent), it made clear his feelings for her...

He smiled as she jumped. When she lead them away and was ready to start, he already knew what he needed to work on. "The music. I am unfirmilar with what you chose. Why not we learn the beat and associate it with a simple dance step?" He asked and could see that she was nervous. He would not let her know but he was nervous as well, much more than she would ever know.

At the moment, Kenric was, indeed, quite content. He wasn’t running around, no one was nagging at him, and he wasn’t being troubled by the thoughts of…certain people. Even Alex had managed to stay quiet long enough for him to be able to loosen up and relax. “Ooh, what’s that?” Alex’s voice chirped, tugging Kenric’s hand in the direction of a large group that surrounded what looked like a dance floor. Pushing her way through the crowd, Alexandra managed to drag Kenric and herself into the mob of admirers and gained a pretty good vantage point of the dancers.
Being surrounded by so many loud, moving bodies, Kenric wasn’t paying all that much attention on the dancers, instead he was trying to keep his thirst under control. He’d hunted right before coming, so hopefully, everything would be fine. The dance was coming to an end, Kenric could tell, people began cheering and the music was winding down. Without even knowing who it was, he clapped along with the crowd, only bothering to turn when everyone started cheering even louder. The image that met his gaze was one that shocked him and placed him in a rather odd state. It was as if the world had slowed down and Kenric was noticing every single detail about everything.
First of all, there was a guy, a Mexican dancer, obviously, and a beautiful blonde woman in his arms. “Amy,” he murmured. The dancer, that guy was kissing his Amy. And what was worse, she wasn’t doing anything! She didn’t seem to push him away, or struggle, she kissed him back, she didn’t mind! It felt as though Kenric’s whole life crumbled to pieces right then and there. After everything that had been said, after she’d repeatedly reminded him of how much she loved him and couldn’t imagine moving on, here she was, obviously over him.
Kenric pushed his way through the crowd, trying to find the place where the dancers would walk off the stage. He wasn’t sure what he was going to do, he had no plan, no idea what was going to happen. But he was going to do something, whatever “something” ended up being, well, he would figure that out later.

Amorina's face broke into a smile at the end of the dance, the way he held her. What had she done to deserve to have evern met him? With Kenric, she had always had to be so careful, so worried all the time. Emilio made her feel free, made that part of her she had kept locked up finally come out.
As his lips touched hers, she felt the hairs on the back of her neck stand up. She hadn't expected him to kiss her, especially in frontof a crowd, but she did not mind it. Listening to the crowd cheer made her want to laugh; she kept the giggle back, though, to make sure she did not break the kiss. She didn't want to. If she could stay like that foreverm she would.
Gently, though, she pulled away from him, her face taking on a slight blush. Amy turned towards the crowd and gave a small curtsey, her smile still plastered on her face. Looking through the crowd, one thing bothered her. Where was Clara? --
She had noticed him. While listening to the crowd, her name had been said. Amorina's own memories confirmed what she knew, and she had followed him. Why was he there? She was not about to let him ruin Amorina's life all over again.
"What are you doing here, Kenric?" --
Turning away from the crowd and walking out of the limelight, her hand in Emilio's, her pace slowed. There were two, possibly three people there. They seemed to be waiting, but for what? When her body shuddered, it wasn't from happiness. She was frightened at who she thought it was.
Seeing one of those people there was Clara, her emotions flipped. She was extremely relieved; Amy knew Clara would only be there for a reason, and her heart sank. Her eyes went to the man and she quickly walked towards Clara before turning to him. "What do you want."
Amy glanced at Emilio. Did he know who it was? What would he do? Would he do anything?

Reality gave Emilio a harsh slap when it sent this loser back to bother Amy.
Despite the fact that he had known, in the back of his head, that this sort of thing was bound to happen, Emilio tensed when he saw the vampire. He managed to keep a calm demeanor, but he was sure his grip on Amy's hand tightened somewhat.
His eyes were angry too. But he managed to reign in his anger for the time being. As ridiculous as it sounded, he hoped that this Ex-boyfriend of Amy's was only here for the festival, for the dancing.
However... if the vampire said or did anything even remotely insulting or angry, Emilio was prepared to start something. Right then and there. His blood boiled at the thought of somebody hurting Amy and he wasn't exactly thinking reasonably. He'd felt Amy's shudder. He had not seen her glance. His eyes were riveted on the boy's face.

Hearing his name, Kenric whirled to look at the face of the person who had called his name. He didn’t recall having ever met or really ever spoken to the girl, so, originally, he’d just planned on ignoring her comment and go on his merry little way. And so, with a small, “none of your business,” he was just about to spin on his heel and focus once again on Amy and her new little boyfriend when they ended up coming to him.
At around the same time, Alex happened to pop up behind him again and gave a coy little smile at the little group that was forming. She opened her mouth to say something, but Kenric quickly silenced her, turning to face Amy. “Me? Nothing really, just looking around. Taking in the sights, you know?” He said casually, surprised by how calm he could act right now. And then sarcasm kicked in. “Can you imagine my surprise when I saw you, and this guy,” he pointed to Emilio, “your little Mexican immigrant friend, lip locking on the dance floor? I can’t believe you’d lower your standards this much after one simple break up, Amy. It’s a bit of a shame, really.” Kenric shook his head slowly, sadly almost. In all honestly, all Kenric wanted to do right now was beat up her little friend into a bloody pulp and watch the light slowly leave his eyes. But for now, and in such a public place, it didn’t seem like the best idea for him to start a fight.
