Pretty green pools of unforgiving glances

Intori had shifted into her falcon for and was currently sitting on the branch of an Elm, her black eyes watched, with content, as the soft breeze played with the clear blue water. Her speckled wings were fluffed out a little keeping her warm as the chilled air blew off from the water. She had already gone to her dorm and unpacked her things, and gone around the campus to get a feel for things, and now she was just enjoying the comforting breeze, and the sound that the water makes as it softly rolls onto the shore. After awhile Intori spread her wings and flew to a closer tree onto a lower branch, she'd already done this twice before because she didn't like sitting still for more than an hour, it bothered her how some people could just sit there doing nothing for hours at a time. She watched as the smaller fish jumped from the water, and the turtle that sat quietly on a rock that protruded from the lake, bathing in the sun's warmth. She took in the sounds of the other birds sing to each other, and the frogs croak warnings to others of her presence. In all she was happy to just be able to sit and listen to this with out actually disturbing the birds and other wild life with her human form. This was probably going to be the one place she would be when she wasn't in her classes, when she wanted to be alone or just think, even though she always preferred to be around large groups of people, she always felt relaxed when she was in one of her other forms in nature, listening to the creature bicker and play with one another, sometimes she'd form herself into a smaller bird or a squirrel and play with the 'native' creatures herself, but she didn't do that often.

Beautiful. Just simply....beautiful. A smile peeled itself across the young Irish girls lips, her pearly whites all to visible from beneath her ocean blue locks. A bandana was strapped tightly around her head, crossing her side swept bangs to the left and locking them inplace over her left eye. Regardless of the partially obstructed vision, Siv found herself thuroughly satisfied by the site that lay before her. It was her first time down here since she had started attending Foresta. She couldn't help but mentally smacking herself for never taking the time to venture down here before.
The chains that hung from her belt clanged softly together against the thighes of her black pants, the only other noise radiating from the area being the rustle from an animal, the rushing of water, or the sound of her black leather combat boots parting the vegitation in her path. Tucking her hands into the pockets of her slightly over sized Pennywise sweatshirt, Siv made her way down to the waters edge.
She was the first to admit how out of place she must have looked. Some how hair-dye and piercings never quite seemed to perfectly run with the surreal mood of a natural surrounding. Regardless of her appearance, the young women felt quite at home. Approaching the waters edge, she waved her hand in the general direction of a few lily-pads and over-grown underwater vegetation. With a small movement of her wrist, they came towards the waters edge, Siv herself walking towards them. They began to intertwine, growing in size and creating a small raft like structure on the bank of the lake. Crossing her legs beneath her, she took a seat and settled herself in. She could get used to this sort of life.

Intori looked down at the shore to see a blue haired girl with chains create a raft with the vegetation before sitting upon it relaxed. Intori watched her quietly with her onyx eyes, feathers still puffed out as she saw just how relaxed this girl appeared to be. A long while later Intori's feather's laid flat, letting her self drop from the branch she spread her wings letting them fill with air before she pushed them down causing her to raise a little, she moved forward toward the girl. A few second later she landed on the raft and looked up at girl, she wasn't going to shift back into her human form, for she didn't know of the weight that the raft could carry.

Sure, Siv was known to come off as a hard ass. She could sense when people were near, was always in tune with her surroundings, and always kept track of the people the stationed themselves behind her. It was because of her confidence in these traits that it startled her so to deal with something perching itself fos suddenly in her close vicinity.
A small shout fell out of her mouth, her legs uncrossing ever so slightly into a position to either run, or kick something in the face. The raft sloshed side to side unsturdily from this, her hands quickly shooting to the surface at which she sat to recenter its balance. She composed herself, looking at what had caused the startle.
It was a bird--no, a falcon. Those weren't indeginous here...were they? Siv bit her bottom lip as she peered at the animal by her side debating the thought and what to do next. She could always swat it away, but judging by its large talons and beak, it'd probably bite a digit off or two. And besides, it was magnificent...why do that? There was a pause as she peered at it in slightly confusion, resting her legs back into the original crossed position. What ever it wanted, it mroe than likely would have harmed her by now...it must have been docile or something.
"I can make you your own raft it you want..." She stated, half laughing and looking at the bird, than to the water before them. Ofcoarse she didn't expect a reply, by she supposed a little bit of company wasn't that bad.

Intori had laid her wings out as the raft moved at Siv's movments. she listened to what she said before lowering her head slightly and raised it back up, as if she were saying that it were ok for Siv to do that, her eyes changed to her human green color as she looked back up at Siv. She mentally cursed her abilities for not giving her the power to speak when in a different form.

It....it understood her? SItting bewildered for a moment, Siv sat wide eyed looking at the falcon out in reaction. That...that was a nod, right? She smiled to herself, some what laughing at the thought of communicating with some random animal but took the request for what it was worth. Eyeing some near by plants it was only moments later that there was an identicle raft beside her own. "There you go, man..." She nodded towards the copy and rrested her hands on her knees.

After moving to the second raft, Intori began to glow a vibrant blue, her feathers drifted off into the water and her body grew, becoming more human like. After about a minute the glowing dimmed and sitting in place of the falcon was a blond-ish brown haired girl starring back at Siv like that was the most natural thing a human could do. Her green eyes half closed as she felt the breezy on her now bare arms. (she's fully clothed don't worry)

Siv wasn't gonna lie...she was frightened. It wasn't every day a bird seemed to self-implode on a lily-pad raft. She squinted her eyes childishly, bringing her knees to her chest and rapping her arms around her as she tried to decipher what was happening infront her. "Wh...What....?" The words didn't seem to want to string together in a coherent statement, watching the transformation progress, shaping the forms of a human girl around her own age. It took her a moment to shrug off what happened, instinctively sitting up in defense. She didn't know if this girl was just toying with her or a friendly fellow student. Her own green eyes locked with the calm gaze of the others, raising an eyebrow in interest. "What....the fuck...."

[glow=purple,2,300]Intori was confused by Sev's reaction for a few minutes before her eye's widened in realization, "I guess you are new to the school then?" she said as she moved bits of her hair out from in front of her face. "Please forgive me, I've gotten so used to strange things here at Foresta that I've forgotten that the real world was boring and normal." she added looking apologetic. Her finger tips brushed the waters surface making small ripples that seemed to come from her finger, instead of it just being a cause and effect from touching the calm water. Intori watched the ripples multiply and disappear as she removed her hand from the chilled water. "My name is Intori, you are?" she said on a final note, her voice still soft and filled with so many apologies that wanted to protrude from her mouth it was questioning how she kept them back.[/glow]

She could feel the undertones in her cheeks start to turn a slight pink shade. If there was something she hated, it was being embaressed. It made her angry. "New?" She twisted her nose slightly, tossing her blue locks into the front of her face to hide it. "No...not new. Just..." Siv paused for a moment, looking around the area, than to the girl next to her again in an effort to think of a good word to explain the situation, "...unoccustomed." She watched as Intori touched the water beneath them, following the small ripples before replying to her question. "Name's Siv. Well...Adrian Siv, but...Siv's just fine." She pulled a small smile on her lips, looking over once again to Itori before back down to her lap. Letting her fingers slide across the weaved bottom, she let the vines constrict her fingers. "You scare people often with that whole bird trick? Or am I just special?"

[glow=blue,2,300]Intori looked at Siv cautiously "Do my parents count?" she asked, her green eyes held a kind of confused look in them, never had she met a student that freaked out about her abilities. Unsure of what to do now Intori shifted her gaze back to the water, she wanted to shift back to a different form, her entire body pleaded with her to do so, but she held back, not wanting to frighten the girl again.[/glow] (I know that it's short but I'm too tired to come up with something better.)

Siv shook her head slightly, letting her bangs fall in her eyes as she relaxed her stance. Pulling her legs out infront of her and placing her hands on either side. "Well, it's a pretty fuckin' rad trick if you ask me," She stated matter of factly, looking to the girl with smile. "Are you just a falcon-kinda-gal or what else can you transmorgraphicate into." Yeah, she knew it wasn't a word. Who cares.

[glow=purlpe,2,300]Intori looked at Siv for a moment as if she was thinking. "I can shift into pretty much an animal....And I can also do this..." she said as her hand started to glow a soft white color and a black and pink butterfly appeared sitting on a bright red rose that seemed to have been cut freash from a rose bush, both the rose and butterfly were sitting on a lilly pad infront of the two girls. Without a word Intori's hand glowed brighter and the butterfly lifted from the rose and perched itself onto Siv's shoulder and rested there for a moment or two before disappearing in a bright glittering white light illumintating Siv's face slightly.[/glow]

She was amazed. From the moment the girl spoke about her powers, to the rose and butterfly in her hand, Siv was amazed. As the girls hand started to glow, her interest peaked, craning over to get a better view of what was happening. Upon the appearance of the creation, she felt an odd calming smile fall on her lips--which didn't last long as her jaw began to drop instead. She didn't move as it landed on her, but looked to it in a childish sort of aw. It reminded her of her mother--which was odd, considering she hadn't given her mother much thought as of late. When it disappeared in a flash her face was illuminated, catching herself and shutting her jaw in an attempt to keep from flies getting in. After a moment or two of nodding, she stifled her amazement enough to develop words, "Wow...." She paused to look at her shoulder where the butterfly once sat to look at Intori, "Just fuckin'.....fuckin' wow. That would be an amazing pick-up line ya know..."

[glow=blue,2,300]Intori smiled at Siv for a moment before giving a questiong look, "What do you mean it would an amazing pick-up line?" she asked not at all sure as to what she meant by that, she knew what a pick-up line was, but she just didn't understand what she was talking about. After a few seconds she composed herself and gave a slight grin, "I'm glad you liked my small display... you should see me in battle, according to the people back home I get creative when I'm pissed off." she said her green eyes gleaming as she thought of her old home.[/glow]
