Little animals frolicked throughout the shining grass in the meadow and Caroline had the sudden urge to puke. What was up with the perfect-ness of this picture? Was perfect-ness even a word? No, probably not. She'd have to look it up in the dictionary.
Sighing angrily Caroline rolled onto her back in the grass and stared up at the sky. For some reason she just couldn't get that man-whore out her mind. If she ever saw him again, oh she'd show him who's boss. Grinding her teeth out of frustration Caroline rolled onto her stomach again and pulled some grass out of the ground in hopes of getting rid of her angry. Why didn't he even tell her his name? That was what really got her. The stupid prick didn't even have the nerve to tell her his name. What an ass.
Finally rolling back onto her back, this time Caroline stared up at the sky in a daze. Her thoughts had started running across her mind so quickly that in a instant everything seemed to have run into each other... everything was calm, but only for a moment. Sighing heavily she put her arm over her eyes as the bright sun seemed to stare her down.

“Look, kid, just make things easier for the two of us, and turn into a damn horse already,” Cade growled, glaring at the younger boy cowering in front of him.
“B-but I-I don’t—”
Cade cut him off, “DO IT NOW!”
Quickly, the small, scrawny white boy shifted into a pure white stallion. Without a second thought, Cade raised the ground beneath his feet a little higher and mounted the creature. “Alright, let’s go,” he commanded, pressing his heels into the horse’s side.
The boy and his horse sprinted through the forest, and Cade couldn’t help but smile and feel himself swell with euphoria. Taking in a deep breath, Cade let out a loud and echoing whoop as the creature slowed down to a small trot as they reached the meadow.
“Nice job, kid,” Cade commented, patting the horse’s mane, getting a small snort as a reply. The horse continued its slow trot through the meadow, Cade leaning against its neck and gazing around at his surroundings.
A small figure a few meters away caught his attention, and Cade steered the animal towards it. With a grin, Cade came within a few feet of the girl, and greeted her. “Well, fancy seeing you out here!” he almost yelled, “how’ve you been Caro?”

That voice... That annoying voice...
Moving her arms away from her eyes, she opened them up slowly and she blinked a few times before she recognized Cade. "Oh. My. God." were the first words that seemed to come straight out of her mouth. That boy rode horses? Her world might as well end right now.
Jumping up from the grass she stared at Cade in awe for a few minutes and then turned her attention to the white horse, staring at it suspiciously... like it was an illusion or something. "You ride horses?" she said half in horror and half in wonder. She was so surprised that she wasn't even annoyed the least bit in seeing him here in the first place.

Cade rolled his eyes, it seemed as though this girl was incapable of seeing the obvious and asking good questions. “No, of course not!” he said, “I just like dragging them out here and then sitting on them,” he concluded, nodding his head. “Because that just makes perfect sense, right?”
“Of course I do,” he clarified, in case she wasn’t able to detect his sarcasm. “You failed to answer my question, Caro,” Cade pointed out, poking the air in front of her. He patted the animal’s neck against and leaned against it, looking intently at Caroline.

Caroline almost growled at his sarcasm, but as he spoke logically she found herself momentarily paralyzed. When had he gotten so attractive? Oh, obviously over night. Resisting the urge to flail her arms about wildly, she narrowed her eyes at him suspiciously "What do you care anyway, didn't I tell you you're annoying or should I say that again?" she said to him the whole time concentrating on the white horse and instead of him. Why had she thought he was handsome? That was just stupid, the sun was probably getting to her anyways.

“I don’t care, but it’s only polite to ask how a person’s doing.” Cade said in a bored tone, “and personally, I don’t care if you find me annoying,” he smiled, “because you’re pretty annoying yourself,” Cade added. “So you like horses, did your daddy buy you hundreds of pony’s when you were younger?” he asked, looking around at the meadow. “Did you ride around on your huge mansion whenever you got annoyed of being waited on hand and foot by a dozen maids and butlers? Or was there more than that?” Cade said acidly, blinking once he was done. Rubbing the back of his head, he sat there silently staring at the floor.

That was another reason why she shouldn't even fall for the guy.
Assume, assume, and assume.
That's all he ever did! Acting like he knew exactly what she was like, he didn't know her at all! Becoming more frustrated by the second, by the time he had finished talking she was glaring at him. "You're so stupid, everything that comes out of your mouth is just pure shit! No, I didn't ride horses everyday. I've only been on a horse twice in my life," she said to him wanting desperately just to push him off that horse. Suddenly having an idea, a huge ball of water appeared in her hand and she looked at the water then back at him. "Next time you say something like that again, I'm going to throw this at you."

“Well, excuse me, but what more is there for me to assume when all you act like is a snobby little bitch that expects the world to wait at your feet!” Cade yelled back, watching the ball of water form in her hand. Staring at it for a few seconds, he suddenly burst out laughing, almost falling off the horse. “You’re going to throw a ball of water at me!” he laughed again, his whole body shaking, “what, exactly, is that supposed to do?” Finally calming down Cade jumped off the horse and bent over on the ground, scooping up a handful of dirt. “If you were trying to cause any sort of damage,” he explained, closing his fist around the dirt, “use something a little more effective than a little water ball,” he opened his hand and on his palm lay a solid, perfectly round rock.
“Believe it or not,” he began, walking around to the other end of the horse, “I’m not a witch, so I won’t melt if you blast me with water. You, on the other hand, better watch out.”

That arrogant son of bitch!
"Whatever," she yelled at him angrily. "I could drown you in a split second and you couldn't do a damn thing about it." Like a little animal cornered with no where to go Caroline had an almost wild look about her. Her eyes opened wide and her feet spread apart so that she wouldn't fall over, out of no where as hard as she could she threw the water at the back of his head. "I don't care if you can kill me, go ahead and do it if you really want to," she screamed at him as her face twisted up in anger.

Cade laughed again, “I don’t see how you could try and drown me without me realizing it in time to prevent it,” he pointed out. Suddenly, he staggered forward a bit when the water hit his head, but as he expected, it did no damage, except make him shiver as it traveled down his neck.
Now, Horse-Boy standing on the sidelines was beginning to get very uncomfortable watching this little fight between the other two teenagers here. So, without warning, he turned back into his human form. Picking himself up off the floor, he dusted himself off, giving a small courteous nod to the girl, and a wide eyes stare at the boy before randomly running off.
Cade, both distracted by the water, and Caro’s words, didn’t notice that his horse slave had left before he was too far away for him to catch up to him. “Damn,” he muttered under his breath.

As the large white horse seemed to disappear and a tiny boy reappeared in it's place, the surprise was so great that Caroline let out a large mocking laugh. "What on earth was that?" she said, her mind now totally on the fact that Cade had been indeed literally riding a little boy. "You know the school has real horses right?" she snorted and started to laugh "Or do you just prefer little boys?"

Cade spun around to face Caroline, sending small drops of water flying everywhere, and simply stared at her. His mouth almost dropped open, but he managed to keep his face looking calm. “What the fuck is your problem?” he practically screamed, throwing his arms up, “No, I don’t like…anything about other guys!” he added, “my God, are you that sick minded?” he grimaced, shaking more water out of his hair.

At his reaction, Caroline laughed even harder. Catching her breath she stepped closer to him and pointed an accusing finger at him, "That reaction even proves it! You do like boys don't you? No wonder you're so annoying!" she said all this very arrogantly "You're literally gay!" at this Caroline laughed again. "I knew it! I knew you were from the first moment I saw you... it explains everything!" lost in her own so-called discovery Caroline was pretty much oblivious to her own surroundings.

“No! I’m not!” Cade yelled again, frustrated by the fact that she wouldn’t believe him. “Gah! You’re stupid, I’m not gay for crying out loud,” he frowned, crossing his arms over his chest.
((Short, sorry =[))

Finally becoming calm again, Caroline then straightened up and looked him in the eye. "Prove it then!" she said to him with a mocking tone. "I won't believe you otherwise," she said to him resisting the urge to smirk. The fact that he was freaking out over it madde him seem all the more guilty, it was amusing in more ways then one. Plus, she was finally in control of the situation.
