Jessica exhaled at the sight in front of her. The school spread out in front of her, its expanse slightly mind boggling as she hadn't really been at a traditional "school" before. Of course traditional was used lightly as this school was definitely was not traditional. From what she had learned about the place, The school seemed to house anomalies to the current norm. That is, there probably wasn't one completely normal person inside the walls of this place as it housed the "different" (to put it kindly) people that housed abilities that usually boggled the minds of those who didn't have the capacity to understand what it actually meant to have an ability. She didn't mind it as much partially because during her old jobs she had heard of these type of people.
She smirked and said to herself "Well that and I'm of the same ilk now"
She had no real way to know whether or not the people could ascertain her true nature just by looking at her, but she made sure to keep her appearances up for those who couldn't. She had gotten lucky today, she held her bag as proof to herself of her own existence and tangibility. Of course she was here for a job, but she might as well enter and enjoy the campus normally since she might not leave it through the same route. She loved the fact that the school's courtyard had two giant doors with lions-head knockers. It was indeed archaic in her opinion, but of course it was quite impressive and imposing. Of course if she wanted to get past those heavy looking doors, it would indeed be child's play but she didn't have to think about those types of things for the time being.
She took a seat next to the fountain, another very impressive piece, and wondered what was going to happen in the next few months as she started to mobilize. She wasn't nervous of course, but this WAS a unique place with people she probably would come to slide into people's trusting arms and eventually have herself become, in their opinion, a friend. Anyway, just sitting here wouldn't get her anywhere so she stood off, dusted off, and knocked on the front door hoping to get a response form the other side.

Serenity had been told the day before that a new student was coming to the school that she needed to greet. As if she didn't have enough students to deal with already. Only somewhat annoyed, Serenity made her way toward the front of the school - she wasn't aware when the student would be arrive exactly, but she strongly suspected that if the girl was the least bit sociable she would probably approach her.
Having decided to bring her cane today, she tapped against the tiled floors of the entrance hall as she made her way through the school. Upon reaching the doors that lead out toward the court yard, the older woman pushed them open slowly - it was always an exhausting task since the doors were so cumbersome.
Once she was outside, Serenity adjusted briefly - bringing her green cotton jacket closer to her body as the cool air settled in. While it was later in winter and not as glaringly cold as it had been a few months ago, it was still chilly nonetheless. Inhaling deeply, without giving much time to stop - Serenity moved forward once more. As she did so the teacher paced slightly, tapping her cane against the stones on the ground now in an attempt to get her bearings. The noise helping her recognize where various students were around her.

Jessica waited a few seconds and realized that there was no person that would have opened the doors to the school. Wouldn't it be standard procedure for a councilor of some sort to open the door and greet her? Jessica was profoundly confused as a seemingly blind person opened the doors and stepped outside. The lady's cane tapping the ground in a regular interval seemed to validate the ground in front of her as she stepped from the inside of the school to the outside. Jessica, slightly confused, approached the green clad female in front of her and thought about what to say right up until the point she was in front of her.
She decided to act like an apprehensive student and paused in front of the blind person in front of her. After waiting for an appropriate amount of seconds (in her mind) to act like an apprehensive student, She took an audible breath in and then spoke to the woman in green.
"Are you the councilor that was here to pick me up? Nice to meet you! My name is Jessica!" she said in an excited tone.
Jessica was taken off guard; Would they really send a blind person to pick up a student? She didn't know much but in her previous line of work she would be completely useless if she was blind. As a result, she was quite puzzled but tried to conceal her facial features out of habit.

It didn't take long for Jessica to approach her and as she did so, Serenity turned on her heel - facing the student in question. "Serenity Hikaru, you may call me Ms. Hikaru." Serenity replied with a prompt sort of tone. Judging from her tone alone, Serenity suspected that she wouldn't be spending too much time with her.
"I'll be showing you where the dining room, your dorm and classes are. Everything else will be left up to your own devices." Serenity explained to the girl then, drawing an imaginary circle on the rocks they were standing on. The subtle noise allowed her to keep 'looking' at Jessica, so to speak.
"Where would you like to go to first? Your dorm, or the dining room? If you have any questions along the way I will answer them to the best of my abilities." When she asked these questions, it seemed as though Serenity was following a routine - or more so a script that had been laid out for her. It wasn't that she didn't care for showing a student around, it was just for every new student that came in the same questions started to wear on her.

Jessica studied the councilor in front of her and was quite surprised with what she saw. Serenity, as her name came to be known, seemed to be capable of almost normal walking (justified by her previous pacing and her relatively confident spinaround that had her abruptly look towards Jessica). Out of the "specially-abled" people that Jessica had met in her time, the lady that existed in front of her was indeed remarkable. After turning around, Ms. Hikaru seemed to start her mandated monologue. Judging from the tone of the voice, The councilor seemed to be jaded with new students and the possible questions that could come from them.
"Can we go to the dining hall first Ms. Hikaru? And I was meaning to ask whoever came to pick me up, do you teach a class here?"
Jessica then chose to do something to surprise her councilor. She quickly activated her ability and passed through Serenity, hoping to reappear in front of the councilor and get Serenity to bump into her. She thought it would be quite funny. Yes it was mean to play such tricks on people (especially the blind), but Jessica was annoyed at the councilor's attitude to the tour. Jessica had done way worse things in her time and in comparison it seemed like this little trick was indeed nothing. As an unintended result of the use of her ability though, a bit of blood-lust emanated from her body and breached her usually kind countenance and demeanor as her second personalty started to stir. Maybe the prank wasn't the best idea, since it brought her *that* much closer to "it".
