I had an interesting conversation with a customer who called the store today. The exchange went something like this:
" Hello, Evelyn Bay."
"..Is this AT&T?"
" No, sorry. This is Evelyn Bay Coffee.."
" Are you sure? The yellow pages have you listed as AT&T. Are you on main street?"
" It seems they mixed up the numbers. Evelyn Bay is on main street, but AT&T is not."
* grumbling* " Oh, well sorry... but it says you're AT&T !!"
" Ah, yeah..I promise we're not AT&T."
"Oh. Okay then. I'll try a different number.."
" Hello, Evelyn Bay."
"..Is this AT&T?"
" No, sorry. This is Evelyn Bay Coffee.."
