Power: Tilman is a vampire-cyborg-living weapon hybrid, meaning alongside with benefits and and weaknesses of being a vampire, he can shift any part of his body into a functional weapon.
His body is covered in highly advanced nano-machines, which can multiply themselves by absorbing materials that mostly consist of metal or similar materials. These nano-machines can range from up to trillions of roving machines moving around his body. These nano-machines have two defined purposes.
One is to shift his body into functional weapons he can use to attack his opponents. These weapons can range from swords to firearms, which can have multiple results. Nano-machines can be converted into ammunition, which explains the reason how he can fire guns from his body, but also reduces the amount of nano-machines in his body. Weapons must be attached to him for this reason, or they'll not work.
The second function of these nano-machines are to preserve Tilman's body, which repairs damage to him with even more nano-machines, this results in nano-machines detecting incoming damage and shuffling extra nano-machines in the predicted area, resulting the impact's damage. Depending on how powerful the impact was, this can destroy nano-machines. The impact must be enough to at least to make a hole through solid steel for critical damage. The majority of the nano-machines are deep within Tilman's skin, with the rest resting deep inside him.
Alongside with nano-machines, Tilman has vampiric abilities that follow some of the more classical depictions, following: lack of hunger or thirst, enhanced senses and strength, and draining blood. This also comes with weaknesses, but due to the nano-machines, Tilman carefully took steps to reduce these weaknesses. The only weaknesses he couldn't completely cover would be sunlight and fire. Sunlight doesn't reduce Tilman into ashes, but it still does weaken him when surrounded by it, which he depends on his cape to protect him outdoors. Fire is extremely effective though, as he still hasn't completely have counter-measures for it.
Role: Tilman is a member of a collective group that terrorizes the world for unknown reasons. Tilman doesn't really care though, since he has other matters to deal with in Foresta. For now, he runs a tea shop in Port Albion, which is actually a hideout for members assigned to the island.
Business Description: Tilman's Teacup and Baked Goods is a cafe made for, well, tea and pastries. It's located far from the business of the sea port, and is actually more hidden by larger buildings, but not enough to completely overshadow it. Despite the owner's complexion, the cafe is a bright, relaxing place with the smells of various bags and aromas. There are various places of comforting chairs and flat desks and counters for anyone who needs a place to work, or keep quiet. The restrooms are located down a small hall on the side. Despite the peaceful aura, it's also a hideout for the members of a bad group that terrorizes Foresta and other places, with a small, hidden facility located directly under the cafe. This place is run mostly by Tilman with other members of the group working as employees.
Personality: Tilman is a proud man, who enjoys the thrill of fighting. He enjoys fighting powerful opponents, which is usually his main reason for doing anything worthwhile actually. When in the heat of battle, he becomes restless and fights even when backed into a corner. He respects any worthy opponents ready to engage with him, and treats weaklings with dull swings to the gut. When not in battle, Tilman is more relaxed, and more thoughtful, if anything bored. Instead, he acts more like a proper scientist, with his interests leaning more into effective combat sciences and robotics. However, his loud, booming voice is a constant issue among his peers, as he believes that one should express his mind with the most effective way as possible. He would be a likable guy if his fuse to fight wasn't constantly on fire.
