With one final push, Kaeru, in her Action Form, finally finished writing down today's voting results. It wasn't easy, trying to sneak in, take some pictures, and sneak back out, especially with all the campus police being hired, it wasn't easy evading four of them at the same time. But with these results this close, it might be a decent show next time. And with the Spring Tournament coming up tomorrow morning, it's going to be a busy week. She took a sip from her Unlimited Coffee Works, livening her night with its warm and endless supply of premium coffee. She put it back down on her desk and store out into the night.
"Hmm, this radio gig isn't all that bad. I wonder if I should set up some interviews later on..." Kaeru leaned back into her chair and swerved around. She thought about sneaking in Estella's room down at the Lyra Dorms. She has a newspaper right? Maybe she wouldn't mind if someone 'borrowed' her information from time to time. She chuckled softly at the thought. Kaeru checked the time at her laptop clock. It was getting late, not that it matters to Kaeru, as she doesn't get tired in this form, maybe jumpy though, especially with all the caffeine she's been drinking.
She swirled around a bit, and a few more times. She thought about the future of the radio, and how she's going to keep it running. If maybe, she might try to get an assistant or some backup person to help out if she isn't able to host a show. There's also the problem of keeping a steady news flow for her show, no one going to listen to an empty radio show, well, except for perverts who want to listen to her voice. If anything, she might have to have a backup plan. So, Kaeru stopped spinning, and picked up a wooden board she carved out. It wasn't what you call a masterpiece by a long shot, but at least the text is carved in quite legibility, reading, "Wanna help the radio? Come in for an interview!"
She got up and hung it outside her door. She went back inside and sat back down. If she was going to work all night, might as well search up her recording devices that are set up at 'interest spots'

Kaeru was about to take another sip from her mug when three slightly soft knocks came from her door. She incredulously looked at her door as if it was about to explode right in front of her face, and with Kaeru, it was a justified reason. She continued to watch the door, with mouth agape and cup in hand. She couldn't believe it. Someone had actually knocked on her door, with the sign outside to boot. Bottled up excitement was building up inside Kaeru, in which she tried to calm herself as she finished another sip of coffee, and place her cup down on the table. This could be a prank from some asshole dorm mate, or just someone saying hi. But the thought of someone actually coming in and actually auditioning themselves to help work on her radio station was making her heart beat like a drum.
With a deep breath, she calmed herself slightly as she walked up to the door, and turned the handle. "Welcome!" she said in a gleeful tone, "Are you here for the interview? Well then just come right in! Make yourself comfortable! We'll get our interview start right away!" If she was in her original form, she would've been bouncing around all over the place, but since she's aged-up right now, her emotions were only slightly leaking from excitement.

Kaeru quickly sat down at her chair, and rolled her way to her desk in one small motion. She grabbed a small notebook and a pen from a drawer, where she slammed it shut with peppy enthusiasm. She then spun her chair over to Silas with both pen and paper on hand, ready to write down any impressions if needed. With a repetitive tap, Kaeru begun the interview.
"Before for we start, I'm going to say this. I am very picky on who I want, but still try to answer my questions as honestly as you can," she suddenly spun back to her desk and took another sip of coffee. She lowered a recording mic near towards Silas. adjusting it so that both of their voices could be heard. She pressed the record button, then faced her interviewee. "Alright, let's begin. First, let's start with names, okay? Obviously you know who I am, and I kinda know who you are, but to be just sure, tell me you name, then age, interests in life, and reason for being here. All in order if you please." Kaeru had her pen ready.

As Silas spoke, Kaeru diligently wrote down as much information as she could. Including what he said, she wrote down some quick self-comments to herself. 'Doesn't smell, good with hands, messy messy messy, hallucinations, coffee boy?,' are the most identifiable on her notebook. She peaked out her head from her notebook for quick glances while still writing down word to word. She bit on the tip of the pen when she finished writing, shortly after Silas finished up the first set of questions.
"Oh right, good impressions so far... Uh... Alright! Let's me throw in some more questions. How good are you at handling electronic equipment? That one is obvious. Are you willing to change your daily schedule to fit my demands? How about your sneaking abilities? I might someone to borrow some information for me."

"Uh huh..." She continued to write down Silas answers. If what he said was true, then Kaeru might have to rule out managing the radio equipment, or at least not with the more complex parts, unless you can count carrying heavy things. She scribbled down 'shit at tech, carry things.' She stared at what she wrote, and quickly added, 'everything.' Though if working on the show won't be an option... If what Silas is saying what he could do however, then maybe...
"Are you sure that you can adjust to my sudden demands? They can be quite, well, demanding." She waved her pen in the air, since Kaeru can justify that there had been missed opportunities for potential news when Kaeru was off being somewhere else. And if his person could sneak in to certain places, then things might get a little more exciting, like a spy movie. An image of Kaeru with an eye patch, mustache, and grey suit talking to Silas on some secret communication device popped up inside her mind, where she smirked to herself. She wrote down some extra notes, and then continued her next set of questions.
"Nice... Now are good are you at hiding bodies, beating up bad guys, seducing women, smoking, and using firearms? Pfft. Uh, okay! If I told you to interview someone, how would you go about it? If I also told you to go into some dangerous, hostile area to research and obtain information, will you do it and how?"

Kaeru continued to write down even more notes about her interviewee. She rolled back her chair and spun around, tapping her pen on her cheek as she looked down at her notebook, completely in thought. "Well, you seem to be, uh, fit my criteria." Kaeru couldn't help but feel disappointed, not at Silas, but on how fast this interview had passed. She expected it to be much more intense, if anything, a punch here or there, but it barely took up much time Kaeru had expected. Despite her disappointment, here she had someone who was confident enough to work under her, or at least claim to. It took Kaeru several moments to just to think, screw it, and threw her notebook behind her. She stopped spinning and faced her newest recruit. Kaeru opened her mouth, "Congrats, you are now my underling. You better not regret being hired." Kaeru scrolled over to her microphone and reached up to shut it off. She then reached over to her mug and took another sip. She rolled back to Silas, along with her cup. "Well, at least until you can prove yourself later, cause you the saying, 'actions speak louder than words,' yeah?"
