Hey, Auntie.
I know, I know. You don' like me callin' you that. Old habits die hard, I guess. First off, why the fuck did I ever think it was a good idea to come here? (I know, you don' want me swearin'. But, hey, you do too, you hypocrite.) With each day that passes, I become more and more convinced that everyone here is batshit crazy. I'll have to get used to it, I guess. I'm probably as crazy as they are.
On my first day, this kid showed me around. Well, kind of--he didn't seem to care that I couldn't see what the hell he was showin' me. He got on my nerves--he just wouldn't shut up! His name was "L" something...Lenny or Lucas or something. Anyways, he finally took me to the entrance hall so I could figure out where the fuck I was staying. Oh yeah, and the kid had clones of himself with him. Clones.
I got settled in soon enough. It wasn't like I had much stuff. Ash seems to like it here--he curled up on the bed as soon as we reached the room. I love that little bastard. He can be a pain in my ass, but you were right, y'know? I needed him. He misses you a lot. I can tell. We'll be sitting on the bed, or playin', and he'll get real quiet and put his head on his paws. It's usually when I say your name accidentally. He'll get all excited before remembering.
But enough sentimental shit. I know you always hated that. Uh...let's see. I've here for a bit now. I showed a girl to her dorm, surprisingly enough. A blind tour guide, can you imagine? Ha! She was nice enough, didn't seem to care that I can't see. That was nice break from the usual shit society throws at me. Oh, and I met this other boy. His name is Zak. He was the first person I'd...count as a friend here. But I'll tell you more about him later.
I've gotta go. School shit to do, Ash is tugging at my shirt, wanting to go outside.
See you on the other side, Nadie.

(P.S. Believe it or not, but I actually miss you. Don't tell anyone I said that.)
