Full Name: Willow Anisha
Gender: Female
Age: 16
Dorm: Serpens
Power(s): Willow was born with the ability to make it snow, freeze objects, and melt her frozen objects. Willow is only able to make it snow if she's emotionally frustrated; she can't control it. Also, it only snows in a twenty-foot radius of Willow and it melts like normal snow. However, Willow can freeze objects or liquids on will, unless they're larger than an average person. If so, Willow cannot freeze it, for her powers aren't strong enough for such effort. Willow can also melt frozen objects or liquids. But, she can only melt what she has frozen with her powers, nothing else, for her magic isn't apart of naturally formed ice or snow. Willow's powers cannot function well if she's badly hurt, distracted, hungry, tired, or in intense heat.
Appearance: Willow has black wavy hair that ends a few inches after her shoulders. Her hair is parted to her right. She has ice blue eyes, most likely due to her powers. Her nose points upward a bit, and is crooked from tripping and face planting on to ice. Her lips are a pale pink, not a lot of contrast with her also pale skin. Her nose, cheeks, ears, knees, and elbows are always pink because of her low body temperature. This causes her to always look rather sickly.
Willow is flexible, 5'9", and has a thin and bony frame. Doesn't have a straight posture, and her shoulders are always sagging. She weighs moderately 127 pounds. She has a rather flat chest, so it's not distinctive through shirts or other clothing. Willow doesn't posses any curves, more of a "rectangle" sort of body shape. Willow has strawberry freckles everywhere; on her face, shoulders, arms, and legs. Has random scars on her body from rough housing with her sister or fights. Usually has a neutral face, to seem uncaring.
Personality: Willow is cold towards others, and will make snarky remarks if bothered. Willow is viewed to be as odd for her independent nature. She doesn't enjoy the presence of others, and prefers to stay quiet even when someone attempts to engage a conversation. Although, her patience will run dry quickly, and she'll snap at that person after a few minutes. During an argument, she'll speak in a threatening but calm voice while maintaining contact with her "victim", making sure to get her point across. Because of her bipolar personality, Willow gets into many fights with others.
Willow likes to read in her spare time. If she's not reading, she's practicing her powers. Always trying to achieve more, Willow is always ready to improve herself academically and magically. Willow also likes to be at a distance from others- not alone, just be at a distance. While she does hate company from others, she still wants to feel included in activities and conversations. And during these conversations, she'll probably earn herself an argument, for her social skills are rather nonexistent. Willow talks in a flat tone. Her voice is strong and quiet, making her seem more intimidating.

Weaknesses: One weakness Willow has is that she can't be around heat sources. No fires, no heaters, nothing. If she is, she'll get exhausted and start sweating a lot. Her thoughts will also become muddled. Because of this, she avoids heat, making her always cold. It never seems to affect her performance, but whenever someone dares to touch her, they feel like she's a block of ice. Another weakness is her stubborn nature. She will never backdown from an argument or fight, and will hold grudges forever. This causes many broken relationships with others or create more problems for Willow. Willow's third weakness is that she doesn't understand the line between right or wrong. She'll make several bad choices, thinking she's doing the right choice instead.
Strengths: Willow can withstand pain well. She can ignore most pain if necessary and keep on going. This is because of her cold body, which numbs the pain. Of course she can't withstand ALL pain. Just minor injuries. Willow is thin, allowing her to be able to fit in small places. With her structure, she can also slip by people without being noticed, creating her to be a great sneak. Willow is always trying to improve. She practices her skills, and slowly makes herself better. She always searches for the best for herself, to make sure she's improving as a whole.
History and Family: Willow's father and mother grew up in Russia. They met in their mid twenties, married after about ten years, and moved together to America. That was when Willow was born, in Fall, after her twin sister, Stella. Stella was a redhead, with the same freckles and thin structure as Willow. They grew up together, like best friends instead of sisters. Both sisters were rascals, always playing tricks and jokes on people. Their parents were always at work, so they learned to take care of each other. Willow would always get sick, and nobody in the family knew why. Stella would always fuss over her sister, worrying about her health.
Because Willow was always at home, sick, Stella had no friends at school. So she befriended a few. When Willow was finally getting sick less frequently she went back to school. She met Stella's new friends. She met Stella's new best friend. And Willow did not smile that day. She did not laugh. She just watched Stella and her friends have fun while she stood at a distance.
It was the end of school when it happened. Near summer, it began snowing, when Willow was crying, alone. After that, thirteen-year-old Willow began freezing furniture at home. Her parents and Stella were alarmed. Then Stella burned down the backyard shed. Everything then made sense. The twins weren't normal. One cold, one hot. Opposites. They grew distant.
By age 14, Willow and Stella had already physically fought multiple times. These fights were caused by Willow's insecurities about Stella's new friends, boyfriend, and best friend. In return, Stella argued about Willow's cold personality and lacking ambition in life. They also fought over the simplest things, such as, the TV remote, seats, and food. Their parents were unsure on what to do in such an odd predicament with ice and fire. So, they separated the twins. They didn't go to the same school. Didn't share rooms anymore. Didn't even eat together. The twins had a barrier. A thick barrier. Willow still got sick, from the heated Stella. Their parents told Stella to cool down a bit, and become more calm. So, naturally, pubescent Stella ran away with her boyfriend because of the demands of her parents and the arguments with Willow. And Willow was left behind. She tried to find her. She was unable to find her twin. She gave up and lost her only friend. She became colder. She built barriers around herself and made sure to become numb. She became different.
In Character Sample: Willow's eyelashes fluttered, closing and opening, her mind trying to fight the need to fall asleep. She desperately wanted to keep on reading her book. It caught her attention easily when she first picked it up. And now, the characters make her smile softly ever so often every few pages. Even with all her will, Willow's head lolled onto her shoulder and a soft slumber overtook her.
A bang of her door opening awoke Willow. She blinked, trying to understand what caused the loud noise. A loud voice made her realize exactly what happened. Willow stared at her twin, Stella, not understanding a single word. She studied Stella's healthy and tanned skin and wondered if she used spray tan. It looked a bit orange. Then she focused on her amber eyes. She yawned when Stella stopped talking and sat up from her awkward position on her bed. She stretched her sore muscles, and put her forgotten book away onto her nightstand. Willow faced her sister again.
"Were you even listening," Willow blinked. Before she could say anything, Stella interrupted her, "No. Of course not. What'd I expect from a younger sister who doesn't do her chores." Stella glared down at Willow. Willow puffed her cheeks, annoyed at the remark. Younger by just seven minutes, yet she's still the wimpy child.
Willow felt a burst of anger in her chest. It then started snowing in the room. Both sisters looked at the snow with wide eyes. Willow slid her book under her bed's blankets, worried it'll get wet. Then Stella started laughing. Loudly. Willow cocked her head, confused. "Can't even control yourself can you huh?"
"Did you cool off yet?" Willow replied. Stella stopped laughing, her cheeks becoming red. Willow decided not, and it snowed harder. The snow landing on Stella began steaming off her.
Willow closed her eyes, mentally groaning. The hotter a Stella is, the angrier that Stella is. She didn't want to fight again. But she smirked and stood up. She walked lazily towards Stella, her smirk becoming wider and wider. Once they were nose to nose, Willow narrowed her pupils. It stopped snowing. She didn't want to do this. But at the same time she did. Her envy was seeping through the ice. She breathed cool air across Stella's face.
"Cat got your tongue, Stell?" Her smirk was slapped off her face, literally. Willow breathed in. She breathed out. She did it again. And again. She didn't feel anything, no, the ice insider her heart didn't let her feel. She only felt the burning heat on her cheek. But emotionally, she felt so much. It began snowing again, but much worse than before. Willow shuddered, and faced her sister again. She studied her face. No guilt. Just a face that read 'You deserved it.' And in reply, Willow gently pressed her palm against Stella's chest, where her heart lay. Thick frost covered the fabric on top. It was melting quickly, and Willow quickly pushed Stella out her room. With the door closed and locked, Willow slowly slid down to sit on the floor. She blinked. Stood up. Sat down on her bed, and began reading again.
