After his outburst at Cecilia in the hallways just a few days ago, Hunter was having a hard time controlling his curse. Giving into so much overwhelming pride was insanely addictive and even though the young man knew that it was wrong, it was getting harder and harder to ignore. Leaning back on the bench he was sitting on, Hunter stared up at the gloomy looking winter skies. The young man was clad in warm winter clothing that made him look incredibly appealing, except for his hair though.
He had tried wearing a hat, but the hat only served to mess his hair up which made the young man frustrated and lay it on the bench next to him. Instead he had taken his hair out of it's usual pony-tail and the black locks were strewn about his shoulders.
It was obvious that the young man was stressed out just by looking at him. He was thankful at least for the time being that most of his fellow students were inside during this time of day so that he didn't have to feel the varying levels of pride of each person that passed by him. Letting out a light sigh, Hunter stood up and brushed off his coat - noticing that a light flurry had started up. "Snow this soon?" Hunter thought out-loud to himself, glancing down at his hat and giving it a somewhat judgmental look.

Pandora wandered the school, no destination in mind. She had wanted to go for a run, but considering the snow, decided against it. Nevertheless, she had still felt a desire to go outdoors, even if her clothes were thin, and made for warm, Australian weather.
Adjusting her scarf to a more comfortable position, Pandora looked around. This place was...unfamiliar. She was lost. The dreamy girl didn't mind however; she was sure she would be able to find her way back to her dorm later. If not, she could simply ask some students. Realizing she had walked into some sort of courtyard, Pandora observed it absentmindedly, noting that not much students were outdoors, when her eyes caught sight of a boy sitting on a bench. He was, well...no other way Pandora could put it, huge, naturally tall, and even wrapped up in to shield against the cold, Pandora could see he was muscular and fit. His face...it was incredibly attractive, but Pandora frowned slightly. He looked...stressed out.
Walking over to him, she realized he was even better looking close up. However, looks were never one to make her swoon, and besides, it was useless to focus on them now when he seemed so down. Resting a hand on his shoulder lightly, she peered into his eyes. "Excuse me, but are you alright?" She knew her accent was strong, but it was understandable. It never occurred to the soft-spoken girl that some people might not like physical contact- particularly from strangers, as she was such a huge fan of it herself. Besides, she was genuinely concerned about this stranger; she disliked seeing anyone down, and wondered if there was anything she could do to help. "Do you need anything? By the way, I'm Pandora." Smiling at him softly, she pulled her hand away from the muscular shoulder it had rested upon.

Just as he moved his eyes away from his hat, they landed instead on a young girl. Finally, someone who isn't a child Hunter thought to himself with a slight sigh. "I'm fine, thank you." Hunter replied easily to the girl at first, standing a little straighter now with the presence of another person nearby. Taking another look at the girl, the corners of Hunter's lips turned upward in a almost coy manner. "Hunter. How do you do?" The cursed man asked Pandora, fixing his hair momentarily in such a way that made his vanity obvious. "Are you new here? I haven't seen you around the school before." Hunter asked the girl then. If he was lucky, she could be the one for him - the one that he would connect with.
It was with that thought then that his mind drifted back briefly to Cecilia, what of that child then? Surely, if he was meant to connect with Cecilia it would have happened quicker. Instead the only good that came from Cecilia was none at all. Shaking the thought of Cecilia from his mind for the time being, Hunter focused on Pandora's face. It was obvious to him that she didn't have that much pride and that sort of change was more than welcome to him.

Smiling as he seemed less distressed, Pandora tilted her head to the side at his name. "Pandora." She replied softly. She watched as he fixed his hair, and noted he seemed a bit...confident in his movements. Not that she minded. He still seemed nice, though Pandora usually thought that anyone who would greet her with a smile was nice.
At his question, she nodded. "Yeah, I jus' moved over from Australia. Have you been here long?" Brushing snow from her hair, she glanced briefly up at the sky and was caught in the beauty of snow. Dancing snow. Yes, she felt the beginnings of a poem stirring in her mind. She would probably write about it when she found her way back to her dorm. Peering into his eyes, Pandora wondered what the tall boy was doing out in the cold.
Blowing on her fingers absently to heat them, Pandora realized how appealing his smile was. It made her want to smile. Reminding herself that she wasn't one to swoon for looks, she laughed softly at herself and shook her head, blushing lightly. She looked up at the sky again, then turned her attention back to Hunter. Curious, she asked quietly, "What brings you out here?" There weren't a lot of other students around, and she wondered if he was simply taking a break from everyone else.
Mind thinking back to the orphanage, that sad place, that, in spite of its mood, she had hated to leave, a frown briefly crossed Pandora's face. Longing filled her as she wished to go back, but she quickly forced the emotion down and tried to think more positively. A new place, where she could learn to control her ability better. It could be good for her. Yeah, she just had to look on the bright side. Purposely, to try keep her mood up, she forced thoughts of her brother away. She could dwell on that later. Bringing a smile back to her face, Pandora sighed wistfully.
