Olwen stared down at the empty notebook and remembered how she had sworn to write home to her friends or to doodle or to do something with this chopped up tree. But here they sat, empty of words and ideas. She stared at the lines and watched as they started moving before she grinned and picked up her pencil. Happily remembering that she had mastered writing backwards in her spare time at her old school. She placed the pencil down at the bottom of the page and started writing...
