Felix had been prepared to be Sandra's partner, especially since he knew what she could do and he was relatively familiar with her. However, he felt like a flexible enough person to switch partners with no real complaint.
He grinned down at his partner, remembering exactly who she was. When she stuttered that he was wearing clothes, he bent forward and asked in a bland tone, "Is that a problem? It wouldn't be too difficult to fix." With that, he took off his jacket and started to unbutton his shirt. He, of course, was joking. However, he was also curious as to how far the girl would let him go before insisting he stop.
He wound up stopping just because the teacher went into a spiel- showing off her power and requesting that they show off theirs. "Well. You and I have met before. If you've forgotten my name already- you can call me Felix. Or whatever else you like. I pick up nicknames like a drunkard picks up tankards. I put spells and enchantments on things. You're Delia. You came in with your... brother. I've heard more about his power than yours, to be frank." He shrugged. "Ladies first. I'd love to see your power."
---
Lucy's stomach was already twisted into knots by the time the teacher spoke about talking to her about any matters concerning an unwillingness to display their powers. Her mouth went dry, but she forced up a smile for Herbert. It was a good thing that her partner had a lot to say because she sure didn't.
There was no way to ask him about his particular role without revealing hers, but she had a feeling that the souls wandering the Otherside were his doing, even if his intentions were good. She didn't even want to think about what punishing insolent spirits entailed. The girl cleared her throat. "Y-Yes, w-w-well. I'm sure we're g-going to be the best partners. Y-You sure have a lot of t-talents." She closed her eyes and took a deep breath, steeling her nerves and forcing herself to calm down.
"Excuse the speech impediment. I'm working on it. I only talk to ghosts. Nothing as f-fancy as warding and all that." She shifted her weight from one foot to the other. "Sometimes, I can feel them. But that's p-p-pretty rare." She didn't like lying, but she was relatively used to it by this point. Her family couldn't know the number of classes she'd skipped or the fact that she felt more and more like she visited Life briefly between stints in that in-between plane.
"W-Would you like to go first? My power won't take long to display and yours is more interesting."

It didn't take long for a stranger to come her way and her eyes - that were partial heterochromia in accordance to the tan that surrounded her pupil before fanning out to the main shade of blue - lifted shyly as she swallowed. Her clammy hands tightened around her books as she offered a forced smile toward the girl, listening patiently as she introduced herself as well as the powers she possessed. Being able to charge objects sounded interesting and Bonnie wanted to know more, but now it was her turn to talk. "I-I'm Bonnie," The quiet girl murmured, her voice just above a whisper as she stuttered form her nervousness. "I can control water and the weather." Her second informative sentence was deprived of her stutter, but it was still quiet and the teen sighed as she glanced away before turning to gaze at their instructor.
As Serenity began to show examples of the "magic" she held within her Bonnie found herself to be in awe, her eyes never seeming to falter as she watched and listened to the changes of their teacher. It was amazing and the young lady quickly began to think highly of Miss Hikaru... however, that was quickly tossed down the tubes as she walked toward her and her partner. Her body shook almost instantly as she twitched, her mouth opening as she let out a shaky breath in attempts to calm herself. "Y-yes we have." Bonnie answered tentatively, her gaze turning to glance at Avery before back whilst waiting for further instruction.

"Pleasure to meet you Bonnie! And really? That's awesome, sometimes I wish that I had some sort of kinesis power, like controlling the elements or the weather or something like that, but not much I can do about it."
Avery cut herself off as the teacher began the demonstration of her copycat power, and truth be told, Avery was positively impressed. She thought that it was very impressive, it would be a very helpful power for things such as espionage and so on. Despite all of this, she found herself drifting off a bit mentally throughout the speech, this small distraction ending when she was snapped back into reality due to the teacher addressing the two of them correctly.
"Yes ma'am, we've discussed our powers. What would you like us to do."
In her zeal to learn she was becoming a bit excitable, a smile coming to her face as she waited to be given orders. This in itself had caused quite a bit of alienation in the past due to instantaneous labeling of being a teachers-pet. But she didn't mind being called this, in fact she found no insult in the nickname, and she knew that she fit perfectly into that category of people.
Avery dipped her hands into her pockets, searching around for a small item to be able to demonstrate her power with if that would be what the teacher asked of her. Her right hand came in contact with her trusty stash of toothpicks and she nodded to herself, thinking that those would do if the need arose. She began to quietly rock back and forth on her heels, eyes scanning the rows of students, studying each and every person intently for at least a couple of seconds, attempting to determine what their powers might be, which was basically an impossible thing for her to do at this point.

15 minutes
Constantine watched Sandra as she walked up to him, his brows raising up just a bit as she explained her power to him. "Explode? That sounds painful." He said to her in a surprised manner. His younger sister's outburst had caught his attention for a moment, but Constantine knew that it wasn't what it seemed - at least from what it appeared to be. Looking back at Sandra, Constantine's glass eye seemed to almost wobble a tiny bit as he moved his head. "Constantine. I can shape-shift into domesticated cats and when people pet my fur they immediately decide to confess to whoever they are in love with." It seemed silly that Constantine explained it so simply, but there it was - just a power and nothing too special.
---
The second Felix started to unbutton his shirt, the young girl couldn't help but blush and hold her hands up in dismay. "Please, stop!" she complained in a surprisingly straight forward tone. She had paid attention to the teacher when she had shown her power and was quite impressed, but the second Felix started teasing her Delia felt herself growing more and more self-conscious. Upon his request of seeing her power, Delia frowned for a moment while looking at the ground. It was a power training class after all...
Delia glanced back at her brother for a moment, catching his eye and seeing that he was giving her a look to egg her on. Carefully reaching behind her, Delia drew her bow and then one arrow. The action seemed restricted in itself as she started to pull the string on the bow back, glancing at Felix and then looking around the area for something that she wouldn't hurt. Spotting some dummies on the opposite side of the battle stadium, Delia stepped ahead of Felix and took a deep breath - her eyes narrowing in an almost strange manner. Another second passed and Delia let go, the arrow rushing into the air at insane speed. In less than a minute, the dummy on the opposite side of the stadium turned into a deer - standing just as still as the dummy had been before.
----
Kiyoko watched Lon split himself, her lips turning up in a smile as he finished using his power. "That's pretty cool," she said to the boy - appearing unaffected by how gross it actually was when he did it. Thinking to herself for a moment, Kiyoko glanced over at the teacher realizing she was quite a few groups away from them. "I'm a healer. Not really a physical healer... more like... what's the English word?" Kiyoko stumbled over her words ever now and then, this instance being one of those cases. Stepping forward, Kiyoko laid her hand on the forehead of the Lon to her left. "I heal the mind," she then said to Lon. Stepping back, Kiyoko continued on, "I also have second-sight. It's seeing through another person's eyes?" The young woman wasn't sure why she was stumbling around her communicating at the moment. It probably had something to do with not being too social within the last few weeks. ---
Serenity waited for a moment, briefly realizing that she hadn't asked the students what their powers were. Frowning, Serenity continued on with assigning the students what they would do for the rest of the class. "There are group of straw dummies in the back left of the stadium, they are bolted into the ground - I would like the both of you to practice with each other by moving one or two dummies at least four inches. Can you two do this with your powers ?" Serenity asked the two girls, only pausing for a second before continuing on "If you two cannot do this, please let me know as to what your powers are and I will assign you something different."
[ooc; Ansleigh and Bonnie, if the girls agree to this the dummies are specifically meant to be very difficult to move. ]

As Sandra had expected, her simple explanation wasn’t detailed enough to give her new partner a good reference for what she was able to do. She snorted softly at his comment. “Well, it’s not so much painful for me as it would be for the people around me. My explosion is more so a pulse of fire shooting out of my body.” she debated in her head whether or not she should explain to him that she couldn’t really control her power and that her discharge normally happens randomly, but she didn’t want to scare him that much.
Her gloved hands slipped into her heated coat pockets as she listened to Constantine’s brief ability rundown. Her brows quirked as her bottom lip contorted in curiosity. “That’s an oddly specific power you have there, Constantine” her mouth scrunched up at how his long name broke up the flow of her words. “Also a really long name, do you have any nicknames, like Khan or something? Although, with that name I’d be tempted to scream at you in anger every five seconds.” Hopefully he understood her reference, otherwise she’d seemed kind of out there. Then again, she kind of was.
-
Both of the Lons shook their head subtly to indicate that their spacy behaviour was over. They were both fully aware of their surroundings again and still were able to listen to what Kiyoko had to say. “That’s a cool power” the Lon that she hadn’t touched said. He didn’t quite understand what she was really able to do and what her restrictions were, but he felt he could grasp what she meant by ‘healing the mind’.
Lon wasn’t sure why she was stating something about her power in a form of a question, but she did seem to have a hard time speaking. The advent of foreign languages were somewhat vague to him since he grew up in suburbia, so it wasn’t the first place either of his minds assumed. “So you can see what other people see?” the clone of Lon tried to rationalize. “We’re only able to clone ourselves, we don’t have a secondary ability” the other one stated. “Doesn’t bother us though, when we have all six of us around we can get a lot of stuff done” the other one continued looking at his clone in the corner of his eye.

“Certainly, do you see those ghosts over? Yes, those ones.” Bach pointed at the stadium’s seats. They were making quite a ruckus chatting over there, densely packed and unaware, a perfect target. Straitening his back he put up two fingers above his chest. Bach felt the familiar essence coming back to him as he usually does his wards. Concentrating, he spoke the warding words in Latin, “Spirits, I send you away!” Bach added force into his words, increasing the impact it had with the ghosts in the stands. They only had a second to have shocked impressions on their face they were blown away from the growing ward. Most of them flew away, a few stayed to observe, but had to leave from the deadly aura it was giving.
When Bach had felt the barrier was settled, he let his fingers fall to his side. He looked around to see if anyone heard him yell, then returned his gaze to his partner. “This ward should last for only for the remainder of class. No spirits should be able to enter this stadium.”
Bach would do a quick check around the room to see if there might be some remnants of spiritual presences, but since this was only a demonstration, he let it slide this him. “Now I apologize for asking but can I ask about your instrument? I don’t know you a whole lot, but is hauling a fragile string instrument to an arena a good idea.”

Felix laughed when Delia asked him to stop undressing. He left the top buttons of his shirt unbuttoned, but he left the rest of his garments alone. He attempted to listen to the conversations of those around them, but it was difficult to follow any one. He did learn about the powers of some of the people around them, though.
Delia's power was interesting, but not surprising in any way considering what he knew her brother could do. Speaking of which, an errant breeze came from Constantine's direction and Felix sneezed violently a couple times. He finally managed to ask, "That deer... isn't alive, right? What would happen if you shot a person?"
------
Lucy watched Herbert send the ghosts away, impressed at his control over them in Real Life. Her own experiences with ghosts while still in this plane were usually much more difficult. A flash from the incident with Jason Darkstorm made her frown for a moment. The expression only increased in intensity as whatever aura Herbert sent out gave her the biggest, most horrible headache she had ever experienced.
She tried to ignore it, nodding mutely at his statement about the length of the ward.
The words of his power echoed louder and louder through her head and she was quite unable to hear what he asked next. The words were prizing her head apart, or so it felt. The sun was too bright, her arms too heavy. Her violin case fell from her fingers, hitting the ground a moment before she did in a dead faint.

Her partner and herself differed greatly - that was one thing for sure. Bonnie was a very silent and unsociable girl, but Avery seemed to be quite the outgoing individual, but it was in a very pleasing way. "T-thanks, I think?" She murmured, laughing a bit bashfully before shrugging. She was very awkward when she was complimented for something. "Being able to c-control an element gives you a lot of variety." With controlling water Bonnie was able to do a lot of different tricks and manipulations, which was why she favored her power over a lot of others. However, she was always impressed by the magical voodoo others could do and this class definitely peaked that hidden interest. Some powers were sometimes very surprising.
As the teacher explained about what they had to do the blue eyed teen shifted, her stare momentarily lingering upon the dummies before nodding. "I know I can," It wouldn't be too hard, actually. All she would have to do was just figure out a way to get water beneath the bolts and lift them. Now becoming a bit more confident Bonnie turned to place all of her things on the floor before beginning to walk toward the group of fake people whilst a hum thoughtfully erupted from her throat. "What do you suppose w-we do?"

"Yes Mrs. Hikaru, we can do it."
Avery nodded quietly and began to make her way over to the group of dummy's, about this time she saw an arrow whizz pass and smack into the dummy, transforming it into a deer. Her jaw dropped and she began to laugh loudly at the fake deer, hands clasping together carefully. She smiled and continued on, her schools clicking softly on the ground. As they approached the group of dummy's she frowned softly at the sheer mass of the things, she looked down at the bottoms of the dummy's, they were all identical.
"Hmm...Seeing as how we're supposed to move them a few inches I can't imagine they would be bolted into the ground, but they must be enchanted or something to make it difficult...."
She quickly jogged forward, arms glowing with a white energy and smacked her hands against the torso, in a powerful shoving motion, but as she hit it, the thing barely budged a few centimeters, but she she slid back, feet grinding into the ground, only stopping after about fifteen feet. The sound that was made as she slammed against the dummy was almost as loud as a gun shot. She paused, baffled, eyes squinting as she stared at the ground around the dummy's feet, she could tell that she basically hadn't even moved it. She shook her head, looking at her hands that were a bright red color from the slap.
"...Try to get some water or ice underneath that to try and get it slick..."
Avery once more ran forward, as if to see if it was simply a fluke, evidently it was not,, this time she ended up on her rear end, even further away than before.

20 minutes
As Sandra continued to explain her power, Constantine couldn't help but wonder how many types of people were actually out there with such a drastic difference of powers. At her comment about his name, Constantine laughed for a brief second - the scarred sighed of his face contorting strangely with his smile. "Please don't. Just call me Constantine, I'm sorry it's not otherwise, but I really do like my name." Surprisingly, the young man didn't seem gruff in that instance - more so sincere than anything else. "Isn't it though? I would like to be able to control the pheromone thing. I don't know if that's what it actually is though." Constantine sighed then, glancing in the direction of the teacher seeing her walk over to another group of people - Sandra and him appeared to be close to last in line to be talked too.
As breeze passed by him, Constantine hesitated for a moment hearing someone sneeze near him. Constantine turned his attention in his sisters direction, noticing that her partner had sneezed. Shaking his head, Constantine looked back at Sandra "We're an odd pairing. It's a wonder if the teacher will have anything for us to do."
---
Delia watched Felix, confused for a moment as he was sneezing but quickly brought back to attention at his question. Carefully putting her bow up, Delia outwardly cringed at the idea of shooting someone. "I've done it before. They just turn into an animal like the dummy. It's different every time, I don't know exactly how it works yet." Delia frowned as she looked up at Felix, noticing that the few top buttons of his shirt remained unbuttoned.
Quickly looking away, Delia looked back in the direction of the dummy now turned deer. What would happen if she shot it a second time? Delia was afraid to even try. Suddenly remembering what Felix had said about his power, Delia looked back up at him with an inquisitive expression. "What kind of spells?" she asked him - unsure as to how to define her question more.
Out the corner of her eye, Delia briefly noticing someone dropping to the ground - turning in the direction of the person who fainted - Delia looked around the students quickly wondering who could run to help the girl. In a worrisome fit, Delia yelled out for the teacher "Miss! Miss Hikaru! Someone passed out!"
---
Kiyoko's brows raised up high as she listened to Lon talk, nodding as he asked if she could see what other people could. "Usually, it's tough to control." Appearing curious of Lon's ability, Kiyoko briefly reached forward to poke the left Lon's cheek. "Does the other Lon feel this?" the young woman asked the younger boy. It was curious ability, but she guessed it wasn't that strange compared to entering into people's minds.
---
Serenity was just about to walk over to Lucy and Bach when she heard a young girl yelling for her. Upon her saying that someone had passed out, Serenity called out for the girl to lead her to the person. "Come show me where she is." Delia quickly ran over to Serenity and led her to Lucy and Serenity quickly knelt down on her knees to place a hand on Lucy's forehead.
With a concerned expression, the teacher felt irritated with herself for not being able to recognize what was wrong. After a few minutes of consideration, Serenity raised her voice for the rest of the class to hear. "Class is dismissed early today! Next class we will be working in larger groups, please be prepared. There is no homework tonight."

Sandra nonchalantly rolled her eyes when Constantine refused her attempts at giving him a nickname. She personally prefer to call someone by a name that would roll off her tongue much easier, but she could understand why he’d preferred to not have one. Sandra usually preferred to go by her real name as well and refused most nicknames unless she approved of them. “Fair enough, I guess.”
Sandra could relatively sympathize with Constantine in the aspect of wanting to know how to control her power, though she’d much prefer to get rid of it all together. The concept behind that was not up for debate within her mind.
Before she could say another word to the slender student, there was a happening that interrupted the entire class. One of her classmates seemed to have fainted. It was a bit strange since it was rather random. With the girl passed out, the teacher announced an early end to the class. She turned back Constantine and shrugged a little. “That answers that, we don’t have to do shit” she jested. “I suppose that’s our queue to leave, let the officials handle this” she continued and turned toward the nearest exit to leave.
-
The Lon that Kiyoko poked flinched slightly when she did. His cheeks were the greatest point of irritation on his entire body and he tended to not like it when anyone touched him in that spot. The girl would have been completely unaware of that, unless of course if she could read minds which neither copy of him were able to determine if that was a perk of her power.
The other Lon that wasn’t poked answered Kiyoko’s question since he knew his counterpart would be slightly irritated in his tone. “No, when me and my clones separate we only share appearance and the same frame of thought and memories. “ The other clone’s attention darted off to the exclamation of one of the student’s declaring that someone had passed out. The one Lon then shoved the other’s shoulder to get his attention and pointed toward the scene. They both nodded at each other and scurried over to behind the teacher as she looked over the fainted person’s body. They both displayed a concerned face and waited in case Ms. Hikaru needed any help.

Once Lucy fainted on the floor, Bach reacted quickly and caught her before she made impact. Situations were quickly thought up on reasons how she fainted. It could be natural causes, dehydration, health problems, heat stroke, etc. However, he was trying to deny the involvement of the ward he just put up. It shouldn’t affect living humans yet when he summoned one, this girl collapsed, unless…
When the teacher came to feel her forehead and dismissed class, Bach raised himself up along with the girl. “I’ll take her to her dorm. Can someone tell me which number?” Bach asked. It couldn’t be what Bach was thinking, but he wasn’t going to take a chance. He quickly withdrew the ward silently. If he’s able to get to her room, she going to have a lot to answer for.

Felix was on the verge of answering Delia's questions when she noticed something going on elsewhere and broke into shouting. One of his eyebrows popped up and he turned to see what had caught her attention. He shrugged inwardly, not getting drawn into all of the hubbub concerning the fainted student. He knew of the girl who'd passed out... not so much about her power, though there were some very interesting whispers, but that she was a poor student and often absent. He figured that it was mostly health reasons, a theory which her current condition bore out.
The girl's partner asked which room she was in and he shook himself out of his thoughts. "She's in my dorm. Diamond. Room 6. It's probably locked." The girl was pretty private, as a rule. She definitely seemed the type to lock everything up when she left. "It might be better to drop her off at the infirmary."
He rejoiced at the idea of no homework, but it was only 50-50 whether he would actually complete any assignments... especially since he wasn't actually registered to take this class. It interested him, so he sort of... snuck in. He gave a gallant bow to Delia and smiled at her, the expression lighting his eyes. "Until next time, Miss Delia."
As he wandered towards the exit, he jogged to catch up with Sandra. "How did you like your partner?" he asked.

Brows rose as her partner ran toward the dummies with obvious determination - testing the boundaries with the structures that were seamlessly hooked to the ground. It surprised Bonnie that Avery had fully smacked into a particular target and had only moved it only slightly. The high pitched sound made her flinch, but otherwise she gave no notion of being fully deterred. Instead, she was silently thinking of ways to get the fake humans to move just four inches. That couldn't be too hard, could it? "I'll try." Bonnie replied as she glanced to her partner before back to the dummies whilst shifting to get closer.
Her left hand lifted, fingers twiddling and wrist twisting so a sudden collection of water formed within her hand. The sun glistened off of the stream as she sent it to glide beneath any open gaps from the holes the bolts were screwed into. Then, with her other hand now lifted, she concentrated on creating pressure. Doing this she began to boil the water, creating pressurized steam that would slowly and steadily lift the bolts from their grasps within the flooring. One by one, they would sluggishly pop out and as the last one was beginning to twist out from its socket the teacher had suddenly ended class, her eyes wide and her hands quickly falling as she stared at the scene.
Some student had passed out and she gasped in silent concern, sapphire gaze turning to stare as the teacher went over to take care of the individual. "I hope she's okay..." Bonnie whispered before turning to glance at Avery, a sigh falling from her mouth as she suddenly became anxious. "I-I'll see you next class. We'll move those d-dummies." A very subtle hint of determination could be detected within her words, but before Avery could really do anything Bonnie was moving to go and get her books and leave.

Avery nodded enthusiastically as her current partner began to move the water beneath the dummies, the popping sound only encouraging her more. She was about ready to charge forward again before the teacher called for the end of class. Avery looked visibly deflated, head turning to face the person who had passed out, and then she understood why class had ended. She nodded quietly to herself, then looked at her quickly retreating partner. Her right eyebrow slowly lofted and she shrugged softly.
"Yeah, I'll talk to you layer Bonnie, have a nice day. Come ready next time, those things have to move at some point. And if anybody's going to move them, why shouldn't it be us who get the ball rolling persè."
Avery nodded assurance to herself once more before stepping back twenty or thirty feet, her feet clipped against the ground as she attempted to force the dummy into movement once more, and yet again, the item stayed stock still, sending her sprawling back near where he had left her backpack and purse. She scowled across the arena at the dummy and stood. She walked to her pile of things and picked them up, fitting the apparatuses on herself before she quietly jogged out of the classroom, quietly humming to herself.
