Looking at Lotte once more with confusion and hesitance, Graham turned his attention fully on Esha. She confirmed that her powers weren't mental, in an almost excruciatingly slow manner that caused Graham's face to wrinkle with frustration. Seconds passed and Graham was starting to wonder if he should even be playing along with whatever Ms. Schmidt was trying to do in the first place. Letting out a light sigh, the young man stopped as Esha mentioned Minecraft. Suddenly his interest grew more, finding it much easier to interact if they were going to talk about video games.
"You can make different powered mechanisms out of redstone, like compasses or clocks." Graham explained to the girl. "It's kind of like electricity here in the real world," he said then - moving his hands out ward to signal the building they were in. "What were you trying to make?" Graham asked the girl then - wondering if he was going to have to get his laptop so that she could show him. It was one thing to try and explain Minecraft, a completely different thing to actually show someone. Graham thought of the realm that he was on then, at least the one he frequented the most. It was filled with mostly beginners to Minecraft along with the occasional pro, but for the most part he was typically the person that everyone asked questions. Having to answer Esha's questions would most likely be no different.

It was good to know that Esha was right after all. She was usually decent when it came to identifying people, but she only spent half an hour with him previously, tops. Not to mention that her attention was focused on his screen rather than his face. It was good to have someone to talk to about this stuff because she didn’t have anyone else to consult besides Wikipedia pages, and even then, red stone was such a complex tool in Minecraft that even people familiar with the game didn’t quite understand. Graham though, he seemed to know what he was talking about.
“It’s uh… hard to say” she explained with an uncertain flinch to her head. If she was speaking in her native tongue, she might have had an easier time trying to describe her construction, but even then, it was more something that he was have to see to understand. Not only that, he would have to know how the red stone paths were arranged, so it would just be easier to show him.
She had already forgot the reasoning for their meet up since her mind was so stuck on the open world construction game, so she saw no harm in leaving whatsoever. “Come, I show you!” she announced in a giddy manner and hastily grabbed Graham by the wrist and tethered him along, racing out of the gym and back to her room.
Lotte was caught off guard by the sudden switch in the conversation, her thousands of eyes catching a glimpse of the duo heading out the door. She stood to chase after them since her data retrieval wasn’t complete, but by the time she was comfortably back on her feet they were out of sight. She stood there half stunned, still confused about what they were even talking about to cause them to race off like that. Regardless, the data she got was insufficient considering that the boy’s tone didn’t seem to have reached a point where it was slower than usual and that was probably due to their interaction being so short.
The lackluster results bugged the teacher to no end, but then again it was an experiment to satisfy Graham’s curiosity, not hers. Not to say that she uninterested in seeing the results, but in the end it wasn’t something she would lose sleep over.
Anyways, she quickly made her way back over to her weighted cart and began to wheel it out of the room, heading back to her office so that she may reap the rewards of her plunder. Hopefully those minions of Lockwood were doing their part in constructing the rest of her magnificent machine.
