Margaret listened closely to the information that Rosemary was giving out and kept it in mind. “You seem to know more about him than you proclaimed” she said with a tone of suspicion “but thanks anyway”. She squinted one eye as she looked at Rose, still unsure if she was hiding information from her.

Margaret found it strange that Rose was apologising for the other day since it was Margaret who had the attitude, but she preferred it this way as she had too much of an ego to truly apologise. She smirked upon seeing Rose’s gesture and accepted it by joining her hand with Rose’s. “yes, I don’t believe either of us were in that great of moods” she replied. She wouldn’t care much if they did become some sort of friends as she already got what she wanted out of her.

Rosemary furrowed her brows, "What are you talking about? Have people been saying things?" She asked, her tone measured and in control as she asked these questions not really expecting any answers to them as it was just a conversation filler.

Rosemary smiled as she shook Margaret's hand, "It happens to us all sometimes right?" Rose then looked at the time, "Well.... I better get going.... I'll see you around the dorm..." She smiled as she started to walk off, her bag in her hand and the newspaper tucked neatly under her arm as she made her slow trek back to school. When she next saw Miller, she was going to let him know, hopefully without Margaret finding out for that would be the last thing that Miller may want.

Margaret responded to Rosemary’s questions with a confused expression on her face as to why she brought that up. It got to her that there was probably something more between this girl and whoever this Miller was. She just couldn’t understand why Rose was so intent on hiding him from her “not that I know of” she answered.

She was relieved when Rose stopped shaking her hand “yes, that is true” she said and then watched her walk off “ok, bye” she added waiting until she left. Once she was at a far enough distance Margaret turned herself invisible ‘finally I’m done with that endeavour, now let’s see what I can find around here that could have some kind of use for’ she thought. She then entered the busier side of the market looking for shops that sold the items she needed.
