20 MINUTES.
As the students started to form their groups, Serenity listened to the conversations quietly. Was it Lon that they were talking about when it came to multiplying? The teacher remembered briefly the Headmistresses explaining the child's power to her as they were going over the students that were enrolled in her class. Shaking her head, Serenity walked toward the group where she heard the young boy's voice coming from. "Lon, please come here and bring your clones with you - the rest of your group can go ahead and get started." Serenity said in a surprisingly loud tone so that she could be heard above the other conversations going on amongst the students. As she waited for the boy to walk over to her, the teacher thought briefly about the objects that she had hidden. It hadn't taken her too long to hide the book the night before class, having bent down near the entrance of the battle stadium - burying the book of fairytales only so much that it would be out of obvious view. If someone were to actually walk over the area it had been buried, it would be obvious that the book was there.
The box though, had caused the woman to think for quite awhile on where she had put it. In the end, Serenity had decided to not put it anywhere at all and instead when the woman moved if one were to look closely enough at her person it would be obvious that the woman had a few things in the pockets on her shorts. The jacket she wore did a good job of hiding this though, something that had unintentionally happened on Serenity's part.
Before he knew it, Constantine was in a group with other young men that were close to his age. Two of them already seemed to be trying to lead the group, while Felix was sneezing thanks to the fact that he and another boy were getting close to him. He wasn't quite sure what Felix's problem was (exclaiming that he couldn't be near him), but Constantine could only assume that he was allergic to something. At the mention of cats, realization hit his face and in turn he started to distance himself just a bit from Felix - instead seeming to have moved closer to Adrian. It was upon Adrian introducing himself that Constantine decided to do the same, "I'm Constantine Inigo." He said to the group quite simply, what else was there really to say?
All of the suggestions on where to start searching seemed fine at first, but it almost felt like to him that everyone was deciding to start in the same place - why not go ground level? The young man didn't voice this thought though, instead just nodding along with Adrian and Felix. "I guess we can get started then," Constantine then replied to the group. If it turned out that the bleachers were the wrong place to start, it was then that the young man decided that he would try and suggest looking around the area at ground level. It was after he verbally expressed being ready to get started on this search that Constantine noticed that the girl he had passed up before had gravitated toward their group. With a somewhat strained look on his face, Constantine turned back toward Adrian, Chase and Felix. If he had bothered to make sure that his sister came to the class, he was sure he wouldn't be feeling as strange about the new blind girl.
Stella was briefly caught off guard as Tucker stated for her to follow him, the young woman hesitated for a moment before shrugging and following after her object of interest for the time being. It was when she did so that her eyes strayed over to the rest of the students in the class, looking for anyone else she found potentially interesting for later. It was in doing so that her sharp green eyes connected with Adrian's for a split second before moving over to Constantine, and then Chase and so on. Finally bringing her eyes back to her own group, Stella appeared to be get the excited girl - a small but growing list of people she would be looking into for quite a while. "Are you actually wanting to do this?" Stella then asked Tucker, looking confused as he talked to Lon. The younger boy didn't strike her as interesting quite yet, since Stella was under the impression that the true interesting stories only happened with people around her age and older.
Popping her fingers with an obvious sigh, Stella then looked over to Iris - noticing that the girl was also going to be in this supposed group. It also didn't pass her that Tucker was standing between her and the girl, yet another thing she would be asking him about once she got to talk to boy one on one. Clicking her tongue in a somewhat obnoxious manner, Stella brought a hand up to touch her hair momentarily before noticing that the teacher had called Lon over. "Look, she's distracted now. Let's leave this is already boring." In truth, the socializing was totally fine to Stella - but the young woman craved doing adventurous things. There was only so much that she could do with pretending to be a Crime Scene Investigator (or a behavioral analysis, Stella absolutely loved watching those kinds of shows) with asking other students questions about themselves and their personal lives before the teacher would come around and tell her to get back on task.

Surprisingly enough, it appeared that the majority of the young men seemed to be comfortable with Chase's suggestion, giving him a sense of relief when Adrian spoke up and both introduced himself and began to guide the group in a direction for the assignment now. He nodded at his offer, finding it sensible and a good place to scout out the arena more efficiently. For now, if the male didn't have to speak, he wouldn't. He was already fortunate enough that they didn't have to reveal their powers nor use them, so why not continue to indulge in things he was comfortable with? His calculating, vibrantly blue eyes locked upon Felix as he began to sneeze once Constantine approached him, wondering if it was the boy's clothes that had instigated the allergic reaction. However, Chase chose not to dwell upon it until Felix had sidled up alongside him, sneezing just as he had with the other student. Of course, the young man understood immediately once he asked him if he owned a cat, only shaking his head and replying in a stony tone that neither conveyed friendliness or negativity, "No. I do suggest that you don't get too close to me, then, if you're allergic to felines of any kind." Chase was painfully cognizant of the fact that at a closer distance, his pointed teeth were extensively noticeable now, causing the young man to swivel his head forward after answering Felix's question. He didn't want to outwardly tell him that he was a werecat either, seeing that nobody seemed all that comfortable with announcing their ability, him included. Out of curiosity, he cast a glance towards Constantine, wondering if he was a werecat as well, however it wouldn't be Chase that prodded him in such a manner. It seemed that the beast within him had his interest piqued as well, for surely it would only cause the animal to desire a battle with him, to accurately discern who was dominant. But, seeing that Chase was currently in control, that wouldn't be occurring anytime soon. Once the topic had neared the task at hand, he decided that he should contribute something to it, "That seems sensible enough." With that said, he began to ascend the stairs, breaking off from the group unless anyone decided to join him. From the looks of things, Felix had instructed them to spread themselves out separately upon the bleachers, which wasn't difficult for the male in the least. He hadn't noticed the girls approaching their group after having taken off so quickly, and to be truthful, he didn't want to. It's not as if he had anything against females, but they tended to spur on a transformation far more than males. As he continued up the stairwell, he was astounded that he was fortunate to have another cat-like student amongst his group. Maybe Chase wouldn't befriend him on an intimately personal level, but sometime, he intended on inquiring on his abilities, for it would lift some of the guilt off of his shoulders if another shared his curse. -- Inevitably, the other two began to approach them, led by the sickly green boy. Iris instinctively felt her body tense up as the strangers drew nearer, especially since the neon girl seemed so outgoing and eager to socialize. Already, the other group appeared to have a head start with their search for the items, which only heightened her anxiety. Her eyes remained fixated on the new duo, unable to divert her attention anywhere else so that she could prepare herself for social interactions. This was her least favorite portion of the lesson, and most likely would've been much more comfortable in a setting where they could take notes and learn about various types of abilities. Nonetheless, Iris would have to deal with what was before her, and that included teamwork and cooperation. The girl managed to give each of the newcomers a polite nod, seeing that her words had failed her. Oddly enough, the ailing young man had positioned himself so that the louder female was separate from her, and though Iris was a bit relieved, she didn't feel quite lucid in her conscience. However, she wouldn't be the one to point this out to the boy, and chose to keep her mouth shut, as usual, casting a thankful glance in the direction of the masked student. It wasn't until Lon spoke that she was wrenched from her thoughts, listening inquisitively to his suggestion. It seemed like a good idea to her, and in acquiescing with this, she hoped that the others would do the same. If they could gain height, then finding the items, as Lon said, would be quite simple. But to Iris' dismay, the other girl only seemed interested in taking the ill boy with her to leave, causing her to raise up her hands meekly, "O-Oh, I-I'm sure th-this won't b-be too l-long, a-and m-maybe it'll be f-fun.." She'd feel incredibly guilty if they simply left them, seeing that it was her who suggested that Lon, with her, team up with them. Yet, despite the sudden surge of confidence, she also backed it up with an immediate, apologetic statement to redeem herself in a sense, "O-Or not, I-I mean i-it's up t-to you, o-of course.. S-Sorry.." Out of habit, she shuffled backwards from the two of them, her eyes gazing at her boots in anticipation for her response, which she presumed to be negative.

Cecilia caught disinterest; she possessed a trained ear to tired, inattentive conversations. It lay not wholly in how the voice expressed, but rather the lack of energetic engagement. The wording Lucy used appeared so uninspired, Cecilia dismissed the idea of replying, which granted her a moment for the apology. With her own mild disinterest growing in the pleasant, yet forgettable conversation, Cecilia opted to acknowledge the girl's commentary to some degree, "Mandatory attendance? I was not aware that anyone would come here, but electively." She gave appropriate pause to contemplate her companion's new proposal; recognizing that the footsteps of the older boys retreated quickly. Perhaps they were of a similar mind. The voices of a stuttering female and her young friend - a girl, also? - carried from the left. With a slight turn of her head and a stop in her step, Cecilia reaffirmed her grip on Lucia to signal her agreement before changing their direction for the other two. Just prior to arriving and introducing themselves, Serenity spoke up, having advanced from her 'observational' post nearby, to address Lon. Cecilia had never heard the name before and could not attribute a gender to it, nor clearly determine which of the two had been called on. But the interaction had brought the instructor close to Cecilia, who had arrived late for shameful reasons and could not think to bring herself to face the woman. As much as that would do for either of them. *** The decision became unanimous with Felix's clarification, and Adrian, who trusted in his own capabilities more than his compatriots, took it upon himself to seek the furthest set of steps. This carried him away from the others quickly, though he noticed Constantine's uncomfortable shifting in light of Felix's sneezing. Neither issue concerned him. Adrian paused with each step in ascension, glancing down the seats and the walkways. The shape of the bleachers lent little chance for mistakes, and all too soon he had arrived at the top. Moving inward, at the height of the stadium seats, he would meet the others at the announcer's box. While he waited, though he doubted it would take long and would not have been surprised if he were the last to arrive, he pre-emptively began searching the small office himself. It held a certain presence of disuse, but nonetheless remained clean. For a moment, Adrian stopped, scanning the entire battle arena through the window. Realistically, there were many more stands on the far side of the field, nearly mirroring the ones the group now stood in. With their presence confirmed, Adrian turned to them, "Nothing?" He expected as much by the time he arrived, but would not say such. "Well, there's another set of seats over there, but it doesn't look like it's much different." He paused to take note of Lon, "If we get there first, one person should check. It's pretty quick. That leaves three to look somewhere else." He scanned the arena again, as if trying to pick some remarkable position where Serenity might have hidden the items. Without an immediate task to order, he looked to the group again with a slight shrug, "Any ideas?" *** No doubt Lon was eager to display his ability, and perhaps more so to get this class over with, since each of his clones scurried off in an attempt to be the first to find the prize. Tucker appraised that Lon seemed to command his troops well, and they, obviously, followed his orders with loyalty. A shame that the boy had missed the mark. Tucker’s suspicions were confirmed on Serenity’s approach, but he could only wonder at how the spreading clones would react to her demand. What choice would he have? “Look, she’s distracted now. Let’s leave, this is already boring.” Stella spoke to his side, and Tucker turned his head to acknowledge her sentiment. Oh, right. She wanted to leave. He glanced to Serenity, debating, like he had already, whether this class would be worth his time in learning to utilize his ability. What if, he wondered, Ms. Hikaru decides to continue a ‘normal’ session after this precursor? Unfortunately, the more Tucker thought about it, the less likely it seemed that any general class would help him. He had not witnessed too many people using their powers since arriving at Foresta, but it seemed expected that a person would identify and recognize their own power far before even knowing how to properly use it. It was like crawling before you learned to walk. People simply had a natural awareness of their Gift. Tucker did not. How could a non-personalized training session gain anything? He still did not buy into the idea that group communication would be the key to discovering his hidden talents, but that had not been his only concern. The group had gained two new members, one wearing a blindfold of all things, who were both quite young. His attention focused on the girls now before him, a strange arrangement given Lon’s presumed absence, and half decided that, purely based on age, he would regret leaving them in this situation. With that competition, gazing out towards the bleachers, he briefly watched the boys spread out to search the stands. They would likely check each row and gather at the strange, obtuse box-like building in the middle. A good overlook, but the items they sought were likely too small to be noticed from such a vantage point. Still, it would provide a better sense of the arena’s layout. “You’re too loud,” Tucker warned softly to Estelle, his own voice muffled behind the air-filter mask but his words carrying clearly enough for her to hear without error. As if that would hold her tongue for even a moment, or not send her pacing off in a huff, Tucker deliberated the situation to the others, “There’s no reason to race them up there. If they find one, they find one and they’re done. The instructor won’t have hidden two things in the same location.” He paused a moment to scan the field, mentally marking the exits and goalposts and team dugouts before adding, with a helpful tone, “It’d be better if we treated them like a second search team, rather than competition. They have that up there, so we’ll get the rest.” “I suggest we split up and take different paths. Three and two.” He glanced to Stella, offering an unspoken invitation, “When Lon comes back, the three splits in two’s to cover more ground.” *** Cecilia tilted her head in confusion at the odd sound of Tucker’s voice, the only definitive male she had heard from the new group. Supposedly unrecognized by Serenity, assuming she had been properly distracted by Lon’s antics, Cecilia briefly seemed to relax until she realized what the assignment entailed. She would be absolutely useless in this endeavor, but the older boy did not seem to make note of it one way or another. Perhaps avoiding the topic altogether. As much as the young girl would rather take a seat and let things run their course, she did not wish to speak up in a way that made her look incapable. And yet, certainly, Cecilia had nothing to offer the group, only to slow them down. One shame or another? Even claiming to ‘search alone’ would have a pathetic meaning behind it. The only thing left to her would be to own it. “I will not be of any use to you,” She managed, careful to keep her tone level, as to convey a reasonable logic behind the notion. No hint of shame or feeling sorry for one’s self, here. “Possibly, could you direct me to a seat, and I’ll wait?”

Lucy wasn't really sure what was going on, nor could she bring herself to care overmuch. From what little she'd seen and heard so far, it looked like a ridiculous team-building exercise. From her perspective, teams were bulky, unmanageable things and her ability to work in one really did not have any bearing on her power control.
She mumbled something about truancy when Cecilia mentioned the class being an elective, and left it at that. There was no reason to go into it with a stranger. Lucy was falling into a black mood and it was getting hard to stay around people. They'd approached an exuberant girl, another girl with a stutter, and a fellow wearing a face mask. Lucy eyed him uneasily, wondering if he was sick or something and why he even bothered to show up for class if he was.
Cecilia said something about sitting and Lucy piped up, "I'll k-keep you company." She angled them towards the nearest seats, not really wanting to wait for somebody to say something to countermand her desire to be left alone for the class block.
---
Felix's sinuses were nowhere near clear, but the sneezing subsided a little if he stuck near Adrian. Then they split up and he was completely fine.
Arriving at the announcer's box, he shook his head. "Nothing. I could fly over the place and see if there's anything that sta-ah-ah-thpppppbbbbmmmff!" He barely managed to catch that sneeze in his jacket sleeve. He kept his eyes closed and tried to tamp down a rising irritation. Was he going to have to start taking allergy pills to attend this class comfortably?
"...stands out. It's not use of my power, technically, since it's the coat that has the magic. I figure that if teach allows the multiplier kid to stay multiplied, this can't possibly be against the rules." He shrugged, nonchalant and getting bored with searching. The walk up here had been tedious at best and he was rapidly losing interest in the solo activity. He spent enough time alone on a regular basis- why come to class to be doing team activities solo?
Then again, the allergy thing was a problem. Other than that, he was sure he'd get along swimmingly with these fellows (all striking in how good-looking they were). "That's my only major idea. I guess one of you athletic types should take the actual field. Jogging, it would take you less time. Unless I fl-iighh-" Another violent sneeze. He sniffed and offered a shrug, subsiding.

Lon stood proudly among his other group members. He made no sudden movements to aid his team of clones since it was only fair that five Lons would be the equivalent of four larger teenagers and by the sound of it none of his other teammates were that interested in searching anyway. His clones were the perfect partners, they all knew how the other thought and could coordinate accordingly. Besides, winning this challenge for his team would no doubt get him some good credit.
Although, the teacher’s loud tone arising from behind him made his eyes bulge out nearly to the point that they popped out of their sockets. Even his clones could hear Serenity’s command from far away and with that they instantly turned back around to ooh at him as though he was sent to the principal’s office. They all looked at each other for a moment afterward though, one of them even pointed out “oh yeah, that applies to us too.” Given that they all struggled climbing onto the bleachers, they weren’t too happy that they instantly had to climb down.
Lon’s heart sunk slightly at the sight of the other boys already beginning their search, where as his team barely even had a plan going besides himself. That meant they had a head start and with Lon being pulled off to the side that gave them a clear disadvantage. This was a perfect opportunity for him to prove himself and yet it was yanked out of his hands like an athlete who won gold but was later disqualified. He was hesitant to follow Ms. Hikaru’s order since he didn’t want to fall behind to the older boys, but he didn’t have much of a choice.
Lon frightfully followed the older woman, his clones were not too far behind. He was certain that he’d done something wrong, his clones were no doubt against the rules, but forming such unbalanced teams should’ve been against the rules as well. “Ms. Hikaru, the other team already started. Wouldn’t it be fairer for a time out on both sides?” he spoke with a sense of urgency in his tone.

30 MINUTES. Serenity shook her head at the boy, "Just do whatever you do to make yourself one person again and get rid of those clones, Lon. Do that fast enough and your team won't even suffer because you were using your powers." She was strict of course, it was natural to her personality for her to sound unfair. "Go on then," Serenity then said to Lon - waiting for the young boy to make himself one person again. The expression on her face suggested that she had all the time in the world to wait on Lon while the other students continued with whatever they were doing.
It took all but Felix suggesting looking around the field that Constantine raised his hand, "Leave it to me." He spoke to the group, turning from them to start walking around field. As he did so the snow crunched beneath his feet, a sensation he was ready to be rid of. The snow had been nice and all the first few days it had come to the island, now it was just a nuisance. As he thought these things to himself, the boy's pace was slow and casual - as if someone were next to him chatting to him. He took his time looked around on the ground and near the occasional wall. It was mind blowing to the young man that the blind teacher could hide things, much less make her students look for them. He strongly suspected that she might have just lost these things, the idea bringing a grimace to his face.
Despite having just met less than an hour ago, as Tucker told the girl that she was being loud Stella gave him a look of annoyance that also suggested that she had known him for quite awhile. "I don't believe anyone cares about what I'm saying anyway." Stella said to Tucker in a manner that made it completely obvious that she was annoyed. It was then that the rest of the group started talking about plans to find these items and Tucker chipped on the conversation, the girl didn't pay any attention all the way up to the point that Tucker started to suggest breaking up into smaller groups. She caught his glance with a smile, "Where are we going first?" she then asked him.

After having scoured the area, Chase confirmed that he, too, was unsuccessful. Even with his heightened senses, it was nearly impossible to spot anything from the bleachers from where he was. Within moments, he regrouped with Adrian and the others at the announcer's box, where Felix seemed to already be proposing an idea. Despite the fact that he was using a jacket to keep himself airborne, the young man himself wasn't completely comfortable with deceiving the blind woman in such a manner. Still, he chose not to comment upon it, rather permitting the events to tumult as they would without interference. "That does seem like a formidable idea," he admitted, wishing to contribute something even minute to the conversation. However, he cast a glance below them to find the other group having accomplished little to nothing so far, or at least, that's what he gathered by viewing them simply standing in the center like that. His attention was drawn back into the topic at hand as jogging was brought up, having been fairly good at that type of thing after being dragged out by the werecat on painfully lengthy runs in the past. "I wouldn't be opposed to running, it's not that hard for me," Chase offered then, his lucidly blue gaze flickering between the two boys. But, though Constantine had beat him to it, he noiselessly pursued the male, yearning to at least inquire if he was a werecat or not. His curiosity had been eating away at him, and as he flanked his peer, he began to speak to at least assert his current position. "I'll join you, I think it's best neither of us remain around Felix for too long anyways," he stated simply, hoping to start some sort of conversation. To be truthful, he wasn't very good at this sort of thing. -- For the most part, Iris was pretty anxious above all else. The other team appeared to have really gotten started on a thorough search, despite what Tucker had said in an attempt to reassure them. Just another search team.. How dearly she wished that was true. Nonetheless, she attempted to attach this tactic to her mind as she watched them, wondering just how she'd fit in. The girl resorted to decide to wait for Lon, seeing that the boy was still being held by the instructor. "O-Okay, I-I'll wait for L-Lon then," she murmured, acknowledging that she'd comprehended the request thoroughly. Her eyes lingered towards the girl that had recently joined their group and now sat upon the sidelines. Although she wished to aid the seemingly timid girl, now plagued with a paled-yellow hue, she was far too tentative to even consider bothering her now. Instead, Iris glued her expressive, green gaze to Lon in hopes that he would return shortly. Occasionally, she flickered her eyes to the duo that had established themselves as a team, hoping that they'd get started soon enough.

Allowing herself to be led, Cecilia took a seat when Lucy offered it to her. Although sitting to face the arena, it made little difference to her for obvious reasons. "I am grateful for your company, Lucy," She held an urge to be defensive of her own faults, knowing in different ways that the girl might have wished sitting out of the activity had been afforded her to begin with. Wishing to avoid a conversation about the class and its proceedings, to effectively cut herself off from the activity, Cecilia sought a previous topic. "To clarify, I did not mean to speak of the class as an elective, but rather the Acadamia. But I will not pretend to know your circumstances. As you can see, I see very little." *** Adrian watched on in slight confusion as Chase and Constantine took off to the field, leaving him with Felix. Two on the field, side by side, meant that they were not spreading out effectively, nor would anyone be heading to the opposing stands. The rush seemed of little consequence, since Lon's clones had been recalled to the instructor for the time being. She would be revoking his priviledge. That put the Flying Felix in question. "Do you fly silent?" He was not averse to being flexible with the rules. "If no one notices you, you can probably search those stands faster than anyone else." Truth be told he hardly expected anything to be hidden up there with the lack of success on their end. His eyes were now roaming bits of the field, searching for points of interest to hunt down. Goal posts, dug outs, entry ways, and the like. He furrowed his brows, noting that the other team had hardly moved. Lon seemed the only one to be eager to do the exercise, typical of a kid his age, but he had been reprimanded for his clones and held back. Two of the younger girls, the new ones that had prompted him into action earlier, were now taking a seat on the sidelines. Adrian smirked with satisfaction, he had led the team away from a detriment, whether they noticed it or not. "Let those two blanket search, I'll look for points of interest." He hurried down the steps, out of the announcer's box, towards the field. His path would cycle him in an opposing direction from Chase and Constantine to the first thing that stood out to him. *** Tucker led the way, leaving Iris alone to wait for Lon's return, without immediately responding to Stella. Hopefully, the boy would notice Iris by herself and see fit to keep her company. She had sought him out earlier, after all. Somehow, his plan to separate in a way that no one would be left alone had backfired on him. Two classmates had abandoned their assignment as quickly as he knew Stella wished to. The difference? At least one of them had a reasonable excuse. And, he supposed, she would not be left alone on the sidelines. "Along the wall," He responded, when he felt certain that Serenity would not be able to overhear him, "Towards the exit." Nonetheless, he had aimed their heading to a part of the wall where they would pass by a handful of noteworthy objects along the way. This would be a passive search, though, signaled as such when his attention shifted onto Stella. "I'm not ill," He admitted, matching her pace to stay by her side, "I am contagious." He briefly lifted the dossier, still under one arm and in his possession, which had been gifted to him by the Headmistress. "And yes, it is solely to do with my power; although, I have a hard time thinking of it like that. It's always been a disease to me." They passed by a small enclosed thing, meant for inactive team members who wished to escape the sun. Not that that notion had any principle at this time of the year. Tucker leaned slightly into it to scan for its contents, but left unsatisfied. "And you, Stella? What ailment brings you to Foresta?" Every step brought them closer to the entrance of the arena, where one of the prizes had been hidden. Every second they would draw nearer, if nothing happened to interrupt their path.

Felix answered Adrian with a grin and a salute. He turned away from the other boy so he could mutter a few words into his lapel. The coattails that were hitherto only singular in their anachronistic addition to a teenager's apparel suddenly sprang into motion. They changed both texture and shape, becoming as feathery as wings and about as solid. Felix took a few steps and launched himself into the air.
He was as silent as a person wearing a magical flying coat could get. Higher up, there was a few breezes that cut right through him and since this really wasn't something he could classify as "physical exertion", he could feel his lips turning blue.
However, this was better than suffering through allergies and mundane schlepping around in search for a couple of arbitrary objects. He made a beeline for the nearest stands and started to methodically buzz over them, keeping his eyes peeled for anything out of the ordinary.
---
Lucy was silent for a moment, but she finally answered when she remembered that she'd come with Cecilia to keep her company. "I just d-don't see the point. I will never live a normal life, and I c-can't participate in the power part of this class." She didn't elaborate.
She pulled her collar and scarf tighter around her neck and huddled into her jacket further. Finally, she asked, "Why are you taking this class?"

Lon’s blood began to boil as he continued to be refuted by the teacher. He’d done nothing truly wrong and the other team was going to win because of it, that and the fact that they had a more precise and active members than the ones that Lon was stuck with. A couple of them sighed as they figured that there would be no true way to change Ms. Hikaru’s mind in a short amount of time. Two of his clones disagreed with that and were ready to fight for their case, but another Lon was at the ready to clamp their mouth shut before either one could blurt out anything that could get them into more trouble. “Okay, fine. Guys bring it in” he replied to her in a droning defeated tone.
The Lons huddled together in a circular formation like they were a football team discussing their game plan except without the hushed whispers. Within seconds, one by one they combined with the neighboring clone, almost like a cell splitting (only in reverse). The final Lon reverted back into solid form and stood before his teacher once more, only he noticed something behind her, something up in the sky. It looked like a student, which only made him question how well she would be able to moderate the students if she couldn’t even see them. He shot a glare at the older boy, but it was doubtful that he would even notice it. Lon could tell the teacher, but he could prove little besides having her take his word for it. Wouldn’t he look like a fool if Lon found the prize before he did though?
Lon turned back to his group noticing that almost all his members had either ditched already or were busy sitting on the sidelines chatting. Almost a near extreme opposite to the group of older boys. Iris waited for his return, but how helpful she would be was debatable. He’d much prefer a crack team of his clones over someone he barely knew and didn’t have an understanding for their physical capabilities. He scurried past his would be partner as he announced “come on! We have a lot of ground to cover!” in a hurried tone of voice. He hardly gave Iris any time to follow him, in fact he was quick to head into the stands after he zoomed by her.

40 MINUTES. As Lon returned to his singular form, Serenity nodded and walked away from the boy. She started to walk around the battle arena then, listening every now and then to the random conversation going on around her. Briefly an alarm went off on her watch that told Serenity that there was twenty minutes left of class, sighing lightly the woman stopped and placed her hands on her hips waiting to see if any of the students would be able to find what she had hidden yet.
In the meantime, Constantine was only briefly surprised as Chase volunteered to tag along with him to look around. "Alright," he said to the other boy in a surprisingly accepting manner. It didn't really bother him to be in the company of other males, it was usually females that had control over him in the first place. Silence settled upon the two then as Constantine started to look around the field, despite having the capabilities of spotting out minor details - it wasn't something that Constantine used quite often. Plus, since he had a companion with him now the young man found his attention split between the silence and looking for any clues that might lead them to finding the objects the teacher had hidden.
Stella listened to Tucker as he spoke, her eyes running around the area that the young man was mentioning. As he explained that he was contagious, a moments hesitation seemed to spread through her. Would it be wise to tell him she had healing abilities? Would that even make much of a difference? "Magic." Stella replied then to Tucker with a somewhat annoyed tone. It wasn't like she really wanted to explain herself completely to her new friend and would he even understand her if she did? Being so ingrained in the gifted community, it was difficult enough for her to feel separated from her past. "Thank you," Stella then said to Tucker in a sudden random moment of kindness. It wasn't in her to even want to apologize for her personality, but when someone gave her information she was searching for it was always a pleasant thing.

The young man observed Felix as he ascended into the air, lofting his brows briefly before returning to an icy resolve. As much as he wanted to try and connect to someone else with potential feline characteristics, they had a task at hand, and he wasn't about to jeopardize their chances of success with his selfish desires to try and cure himself of.. Well, being a werebeast. His blue eyes flickered between Constantine and the ground before them, and despite how thoroughly he scoured the earth with nothing but his gaze, he wasn't able to pick up the faintest trace of an object, causing him to furrow his brow in further confusion. Perhaps he was missing something vital, or looking too closely into things.. Sometimes just over-analyzing a situation was the very element that was hindering them. Now, Chase was certain that a great deal of time had passed, and they needed to make haste in discovering these artifacts. "Do you think that perhaps, this was some sort of trick assignment?" he asked suddenly, narrowing his eyes slightly in thought as he controlled his breathing to fall into rhythm with his gait, "Or maybe we're just missing something vital that could easily unlock the solution. I'm not sure if my theory rings true, but it seems odd that not one person has made any progress or the smallest discovery." He sighed in slight agitation, but that was about as emotional as he was going to get, for he felt the beast lurch forward within him the instant he let his irritability get the best of him. Slowly, he bottled the feeling, releasing it as something that would only make the task all the more difficult. Focus was key, here.

All at once, it seemed as though Lon had returned, and to her utter surprise, he was only one person. Iris had watched helplessly as the two new additions to their team had seated themselves on the sidelines, and the sight of someone who was willing to participate filled her with a sense of hope. Sure, she wasn't too excited about this caliber of challenges, but she wanted to win for the sake of everyone in her team. Iris owed them this much as a member of the group, or so she liked to believe. As Lon darted past her, she was frozen for a few moments as her mind processed what had just occurred, but once she'd regained her bearings, she spun on her heel, sprinting after the younger boy. "R-Right!" she replied, her hair billowing out from behind her as she continued to stride forwards in an attempt to close the distance between she and her partner. This was a fairly new concept to her, and though her gazelle-like legs were flinging themselves forwards as swiftly as she could propel them, she was still able to peer about the ground for any signs of the items they were supposed to be looking for. Of course, her eyes had to constantly swivel between the earth and Lon, so she wasn't doing as thorough of a job as she might've liked. But, based off of her friend's words, he preferred covering more distance than trying to take smaller sections and comb through them individually. Iris wasn't going to deny his method, and simply trailed after him with a slightly worried expression on her face. Once she'd finally lessened the distance between them, she panted slightly, speaking fervently, "Wh-What did y-you want t-to do?" They'd been nearing the stands the whole time, so she wanted to get some sort of outline or instruction from him to explain his motive for choosing this location amongst all of the others. Anxiously, she glanced at the other group, widening her eyes slightly at the sight of one of them airborne. They'd certainly gotten a good advantage over them, but they seemed to have made as little progress as her own group had. "I-I think w-we still h-have a chance," she murmured, "A-And the o-other two took a-a different p-path.." At the end of her statement, she gestured towards Stella and Tucker, awaiting some sort of response from her adolescent companion.
(OOC: Gahh I'm so sorry about the wait)
