Welcome! If you plan on joining Foresta be sure to register first before anything else. After that make sure you've read everything in the mandatory reading and then you can go ahead and make your first character in the audition thread and then once you're done one of the administrator's will look at it. Don't forget that you can't start roleplaying until you've been accepted.

1.) This is a semi-literate and up forum, we want people who can write more then a paragraph for a post and more than three paragraphs for an intro. Grammar mistakes and spelling mistakes are acceptable, but if it happens all the time then no- it isn't. Microsoft word is an amazing little device built for helping us with things like spelling and grammar, I suggest you use it. Quality is valued over quantity though.

2.) This forum can range from PG-13 to mature. We ask that all roleplayers respect other peoples' limits when in a roleplay with them, and if you are to do a mature roleplay that you put a warning in the title for the sake of our younger rpers.

3.) Anyone who insults a member regarding race, orientation, sex, etc. will automatically be banned. You will also be banned if you disobey an administrator and do not follow the rules. No warning, just automatic removal.

4.) Your first character will be a student of your preferred gender, and then your second will be a student of the opposite gender your first is (Your first two characters MUST be students). We want to keep the male and female ratio even. After you create two characters though, you're allowed to create a character of whatever gender you prefer and what not. There is also no character limit, but if an administrator see's that you can not balance all of your characters you will be asked to delete one.

5.) Please register on this forum before making a character, it's easier on the administrators and it'll ultimately be easier on you. When you register, you're able to edit your posts so if an admin finds something wrong with your character biography- you don't have to repost it! You can simply edit it.

6.) Do not start roleplaying until you are accepted! This is a mandatory rule and cannot be broken!

7.) Do not use lists when filling out the character biography. We expect paragraphs from you, and if you cannot dothat then this website is simply not for you.

8.) The age limit is eleven through nineteen for students and twenty-one through ninety-five for teachers.

9.) The power limit for students and teacher is two, three at the most. The powers MUST relate to each other in one way or the other, this is very important or else your application won't even be considered.

10.) Always listen to the administrators no matter what! They are skilled roleplayers and here to help you with whatever you need. (:
